I thought he was poor against Bristol and he looked like he picked up some urgency against Leeds but that deceived me. Like someone else said, any pressure (ie Newcastle and Leeds ) these lads play fine but as soon as we HAVE to win ala today they just succumb and we need a good leader to rally the troops. His errors have been significantly costly as well Yes we were 2-1 down but if we get relegated his howler today is one of the key unavoidable reasons
