I think we can conclude the general consensus is not good on Pricing. They have been repeatedly told about the economic demographics of the surrounding area but it just appears to fall on Deaf Ears.Add to that a team that appears to have blown its best chance in years of getting into the play offs and well,you reap what you sow.

Not for a modern day Stadium...facilities bare minimum.Each to their own I suppose.
