I must say I was NOT surprised to see not one Asian face at the meeting,we bang on about trying to attract Asian fans to Ewood from within the town but apart from the odd one or two the interest is simply not there. Thursday's meeting was well publicised and would have been an ideal opportunity for their community to get invovled and have their say and show support.....they clearly choose not to. The club/BRISA imho are flogging a dead horse in trying to attract the numbers of Asian supporters we need down to Ewood on matchday...it will simply never happen.

Can I just congratulate everyone concerned with last night and the launch of BRISA.The speakers came across very well in a situation that is not easy infront of so many people....a decentish turnout that bodes well for the future. Apologies for my early exit but a nightshift in Dingleville was calling!

Have to agree there,Bentley,for a player who states he 'needs to feel wanted' hasn't exactly impressed to date...I actually think Emerton,as frustrating as he can be, has more to offer.

Having to shut home areas because we cannot fill them is NOT a positive step. Looking at An empty Darwen end upper tier for 80% of games per season is bad enough!!

I'll sign off this thread with the comment that I am more enthusiastic about Rovers attitude and performances now than I have been for at least a couple of years.Mark Hughes whole mind set towards these cup games is a breath of fresh air compared to matters under Souness. Victories like tonight will only breed confidence both on and off the pitch......keep up the good work B.R.F.C.!

I'm sure we'd all like to know Blueboy.The game against Brum was widely advertised as a 'family game' with 2 adults and 2 kids for just £30.......we barely saw 17,000 Rovers fans turn out.
