  1. Fair enough Waggy and very true.
  2. You see what we are up against .......... next time Abbey put them in a half Nelson!
  3. Just renewed for 2006/7.....worth every penny!!!!
  4. No standing,no swearing,no drinking,no smoking....................... The 'soccer am' watchers world of football @ 2006.
  5. Dillo, I will happily send you some scans of some old Rovers memorabilia to show on your site...if interested pm me.
  6. The stayaways(those who have no real excuses) and those who purport to 'support' Rovers behind the beer glass deserve to be 'slagged off' until they get behind the club and its efforts in person down at Ewood. You cant help the way you feel. Fair enough MB, my 'rants' may not be what you want to here but if people got behind the club in the numbers like they have done in the past this thread would not be neccessary. If by chance a new visitor to this site is encouraged to attend by this thread then its served a good purpose. I'll leave it at that
  7. Even if there were 2,000 more boing boing Baggies greggyk does that not go to perfectly highlight the lack of increased interest on our fans behalf!! ''your rants on here are clearly not working, infact they are actually making things worse (If you look at the gate sizes).''
  8. I can only conclude from Sparky's renewed call for more support that the Rovers board are disappointed with the lack of responce to date from the Blackburn public to on field matters. How an earth we can draw a crowd of 20,700 against WBA in October and then see it fall by some 2,000 for a home game against Boro in our present league position leaves me baffled and frustrated.
  9. This weekend's result's have firmly put the ball into our court now,Monday's game now takes on MASSIVE proportions. Regardless of whether the game is on sky or not lets hope the Blackburn public are up for this and come out in force......these really are exciting times for the club again! CALLING ALL ROVERS FANS - HUGHES
  10. I've given up on the attendance front, its no use, the interest is simply not there anymore. Why the hell our club gave Wigan the whole Darwen end is beyond me when they haven't had a decent away following all season?
  11. Dave 'free pie' Whelan wants to concentrate on keeping to his promises.
  12. We know it could be inevitable in the end but for now keep your gob shut Whelan!! More of the same if we tub 'em on Monday?
  13. Oh christ Aggy give over eh! Season ticket prices frozen and some of the cheapest (if not THE cheapest)prices in the Prem!...... Hows about Rovers fans rewarding the club for their efforts this year on the pitch with increased season ticket sales instead of the usual take, take, take, freebie this freebie that nonsense. P.S. Lee, will you be able to renew the 'early bird' season ticket on-line?
  14. No mention of Rovers fans here....BUT you know who gets a shout!!!! Wouldn't surprise me
  15. You really dont want to know Eddie...you really dont want to know!! Sweatin like a pig until the penalty.....Spurs were p1ss poor. Sorry Rovers
  16. THAT PENALTY JUST WON ME 20K !!!!!!! KERCHINGGGGGGGGG!
  17. A hard fought and close encounter. 1-1 Att: 19,400
  18. Steve Kelly, of the GMB union, said: "When the pipes are laid, they have to be supported properly underneath, especially where they join. "But it doesn't appear as if this happened and the pipes have dropped, causing them to become buckled. "Apparently they are now going to have to dig up the pipes and repair them but that is a process that is going to take months. It's just one disaster after another." Will this stadium be safe full stop?
  19. 876 tickets sold according to Lee on the official MB.
  20. Rest Bellamy? SUICIDAL MOVE.
  21. 2,000? I'd double that figure fella.....excellent game!
  22. You just might have been pleasantly surprised Waggles as to how many Rovers fans would have travelled...... just 3,000 Jan?
  23. Celtic chairman Brian Quinn added: Alan's goalscoring record at Newcastle and throughout his career at club level and for England is a phenomenal achievement. "We are sure a number of our supporters will make their way to St James' Park to play their part in football history and pay tribute to a true footballing legend." I'm sure most of our fans would have loved to have been involved in this and would have travelled.....can you see Celtic fans getting more than 5,000 tickets at best?
  24. Do you think selling MGP,one of our best players, fits into the current psyche of our ambitious manager? Once again, paper talk and idle chitter chatter are doing the damage here!!
  25. MY GOD! What an awful, awful side 'big club' are!!! P.S. If your a betting man put some serious coin on Man Utd come Saturday.
