I didn't mentioned in any of my posts Waggott, the owners or Suhail guys. I perfectly summarise those 2 seasons and why we didn't get a playoff place which had nothing to those mentioned above. Undav didnt want. Last summer we didn't recruited well enough like a quality striker instead of signing Ennis and Telalovic. Could have signed one with signing another winger or left back.

Mowbray didn't want a striker in January in his last season as it didn't fit how he was playing. He could have signed Maja who went Stoke or Delap on loan from Man Ciyy who Mowbray turned down. I seen last night some people suggesting Rio Ferdinand for the England job. Lineker suggested Lampard for the job the other day Appointing Lee Carsley would be similar move to what Spain did after the world cup appointing their under 21 manager as the national manager. I can't see Howe or O'Neil leaving their PL job. Potter is the odds on favourite for the job right now with the bookies I would stick with Southgate if he wants to continue. He has done a great job and he deserves everyone respect for the job he has done

I'm annoyed and angry with certain people keep belittling Southgate's achievements with this utter and complete nonsense that we have favourable games or luck of draws in competitions. We tailed off for different reasons like JDT's first season where a lack of quality striker or Mowbray's last season where he was too slow to change tactics and get us that a playoff place. Neither had anything to do budgetary issues. It does for me Mark as I have said many times whether its England football coach or England rugby union manager it should be English. If you disagree fine but I don't agree and I won't!!! He has achieved the best results since we won the world cup. Southgate deserved the respect he has earned and he has done a very good job.

Why is Sigurdsson behind in terms of fitness when he has fit all pre season and was given extra time off cos of international duties? No the focus of pre season is playing to tactical plan and understand what the head coach wants in terms attacking and defensively So a left footed winger can't play on the right wing and cross the ball in. Oh right 🤣 We don't the money for the natural goalscorer but we can still improve our forward line in loan or free agent or low fee market Why shouldn't Duru and Gent be consider for first team action this season? Eustace played him there against Stanley and yesterday from the right wing but he has pushing inside into the 8/10 role and allowing Brittain to provide the width from the right. Nope, but you always take 4 keepers on these trips so you can play short 6 or 7 side games during training sessions, also Benson can work with multiple keepers and one of those is good young keeper. Is it. Dykes record is 1 goal in 4.6 games. Gallagher is 1 goal in 5.3 games. So how is his goal record record better? just a lump? just terminology there. Who doesn't play on their natural side out of those 4 and why haven't you put JRC there as one?
