  1. Ok thanks That comment came actually from the player himself. here is the quote below:- I’m a striker who is very fast and physical and love to be in the game, playing football and scoring goals. I think my physical attributes and speed will fit playing in England" Rovers switch an exciting step for me, says Semir! | rovers.co.uk nope. why should it be concern at all? Given that he was very highly rated when Fleetwood and Bournemouth bought him for a reason and he has 4 England u20 caps and 1 u21 cap so it surely shows some quality given the huge pool they can pick from
  2. No surprise given how much Lancs Live has cut back on the coverage of Football. He wants to report on Footballing matters. Good luck to Elliott. Knows his stuff.
  3. apparently looking for a second and third tier team? where this from? why does it really matter what Hearts fans really think? Shouldn't it matters what he does in Rovers shirt only?
  4. ? very strange comment Of course it was just offside. cos their first 3 choice are injured or not fit enough in Varane, Martinez and Lindelof None of them. Newcastle will be very loyal to Howe given what he has achieved there. Same with Ten Hag who I think is doing a good job given the massive problem behind the scenes. Can Everton afford to sack Dyche either. I think it might Marco Silva at Fulham or Cooper at Forest. I think its a top 7 squad for sure. Tonali and Barnes will be good signings there. Isak looks quality striker and his last 2 performances shows that
  5. deffo. The Glazers bought United via a bank loan and its the club paying the bank loan off whilst the Glazers's wealth isn't affect one bit. Kompany's teams are just too wide open defensively and he hasn't got the balance right. He's a good keeper but defensively they are shocking as a team
  6. No reason why Rovers fans shouldn't be optimistic and we should be looking for playoff place at least. We are creating chances game after game, so hopefully Telalovic can be the player we would like to be. Time will time I am very much enjoying how we are playing in attacking play apart from us not finishing our chances off
  7. Not really for me. Hyam would be my captain anyway.
  8. my team Wahlstedt Brittain Carter Hyam Pickering Tronstad Wharton Hedges Szmodics Moran Telalovic Subs:- Pears, Hill, Wharton, Garrett, Travis, Sigurdsson, JRC, Leonard, Gallagher
  9. Son is an excellent player and his 3 goals was very good. Maddison is showing why Spurs wanted him. Ferguson was excellent yesterday against Newcastle
  10. Firstly, A very disappointing result given the amount of good chances we created during the game we should have scored first and when we didn't and they scored that deflected shot I did wonder if it was going to be one of those game when we creating loads but fail to convert them and they win. Even at 1 nil I thought we would score at some time and get something from the game. I won't be going OTT about the result or performance. We beat Watford when very few gave us a chance and most people thought we would win yesterday. On the 3rd goal, Pears's header was very poor so was Scott Wharton's header also is very poor. Its a situation we shouldn't be conceding from to be honest. I can understand your concerns @Bbrovers2288as you asked me earlier in the thread. I think its time for a change of keeper and give Leo Wahlstedt that keeper jersey for the Boro game. I would also make a couple more changes aswell for that game by bringing in Tronstad for Travis and Telalovic for Gallagher. Plus Hill and Sigurdsson on the bench. I will post me team line up in Boro thread shortly Yes the championship is wide open and we have seen so far.
  11. Leonard and Dolan coming on Gallagher and Moran off
  12. FFS. Come on Rovers. Just keep creating the chances and we will score
  13. Southampton were truly awful
  14. I think has been a good one overall with us bringing in 7 players which 5 signings were our first choices signing in Ennis, Tronstad, Sigurdsson, Wahlstedt and Moran. We might have a different striker but more importantly we signed another striker and got in defender. We didn't sign the left back I wanted but overall we have got players in the door at Ewood. With JDT in charge I think we can make the playoffs this season.
  15. Pears Brittain Carter Hyam Pickering Travis Wharton Hedges Szmodics Moran Gallagher Subs: Wahlstedt, Wharton, Gamble, Buckley, Garrett, Tronstad, Dolan, Leonard, Markanday
  16. Excellent professional solid performance from Rovers. JDT is developing the youth players here and long make it continue
  17. Gregg Broughton will be busy with transfers
  18. very good start and scored 2 good goals as SSN are showing the goals.
