Yes he did. He was our main attacking outlet whilst others attacking players like BBD and Vale were poor. Dolan played the number 9 role very well and did at Watford. He suits that role. I would play there again tomorrow. So his lack of form, looked shattered after 60 minutes in games has no barely on your decision at all then. So you are judging players not a form but others on form. We aren't going to become good attacking by moving BBD from the left attacking position to the number 9 role either where his goal scoring record is based on but his best form comes from the left attacking position cutting in or running in behind. BBD is out of form and needs a rest. I would drop him to the bench and play Hedges there. He gives us balance and attacking threat aswell. Disagree on Mowbray's tactics on BBD but I wouldn't swapping formations either all to suit one player but what suits the team. Other players have been dropped based on form and no reason why BBD shouldn't be excluded from that

Most people who watched the game or watched on TV will say he was our biggest attacking threat in that game. You don't for some reason. You keep overlooked the game situation and BBD had a defensive job to do. If JDT hasn't done what he did we would have been defensive disadvantaged. Thomas was attacking from the right tho in the 2 games so where was BBD? Is BBD a striker tho when all of goals and form come from in playing left in 4-2-3-1 or as wide forward in 3-4-3? When has he played a number 9 and scored goals from there? Our squad is suited playing 4-2-3-1 formation not 3-4-1-2. Our best results have come with this formation. So just be clear you would drop BBD for a couple of games for him(bench him( to re-energise and clear his head before bring him back in the starting 11?

He has made some good signings like Briitain, Hyam and Thomas but some poor ones like Hirst and Mola plus the lack of striker signing in January wasn't good enough, but GB took full responsibility for it and the Lewis O'Brien saga despite it not being his fault he still take it and given his comments will look the transfer process in the future. I would say Mixed windows. Brittain and Hyam good signings, Szmodics and Morton been decent, Hirst and Mola very poor January, Thomas good signing but the lack of striker signing was very poor by the club

Leeds were in a huge mess when Marsch took over and he kept them up. That was his job when appointed there. Just imagine now if he kept Southampton up and Leeds got relegate now. Leeds are struggling to find a head coach to take over and I wouldn't be surprised at all if they appoint their caretaker head coach Michael Skubala until end of the season.

He was our main threat all night who took on Wigan defenders. When he went off we didn't look a threat. BBD hasn't scored any goals for 3 months and his confidence has gone. Plus what has gone on in the past month maybe give him a rest from starting games and come off the bench for a game or two. BBD is having to cover in the left back positions cos he is doing his defensively duties and rightly so. Against Wigan, they pushed their wing backs high and with their playing front meaning that our wide players need to track them back instead of playing them on to full backs cos of how the front 3 played. Defensively the tactics have been right from JDT. But his best form for us comes from the left side of the attack so would moving him to number 9 role make any different to him and his form? We lack pace in team which the Thomas gives us plus the lack of quality striker with pace is another reason cos we can't stretch the play.

Marsch saved Leeds from relegation after they were going down when Bielsa was sacked by them Yes Leeds did buy alot of players that suited Marsch but then sacked him and can't replace him. Clearly didn't have a plan who they would replace him with and alot of coaches don't fancy moving right now. Southampton have moved quickly to replace Jones. Like I said any club should have a plan and shortlist who they would replace their current head coach/manager before sacking him.

These talks have been ongoings for number of months/a year now so lets see if it happens. Cos he is quality player who things hasn't worked out at Forest but who says it wouldn't here for him. Rovers management think he would be good fit for us. We don't know what his wages aswell. I read different amounts from 30k to 65k for his wages.
