I agree that Waggott should have been at Brockhall that night. Not at Birmingham. on your first question is a excellent question. Given that our company secretary has many years of experience in that role he should know everything that needed done with paperwork side of it, But Waggott should have been there aswell making sure it got done. I don't think GB is at fault for any of this as this is admin problem which isn't his area basic common sense. EFL has to approval every transfer so until that happens no deal is done.

excellent post Miller but on your point on Gallagher he played the target man role perfect today. Looks reborn in the last few games. won headers today awful refereeing that and hopefully he will be mark down on his performance for missing a clear red card. Hyam, Brittain and Szmodics have been excellent to good signings, Morton has been goodish at times. others 2 have been poor I think he is good on the ball and can switch the ball. Very rash? nope, no interested in any job in football. No we won't see. Its clear, no contract is formal or binding until the transfer is approval by the EFL. Mercer, as per usual you can't wait to have a go at Rovers at every opportunity. Looks like you were wrong about JDT doesn't it? The club secretary is surely more at fault than partly? He should know what paperwork needs doing with the EFL to get the transfer authorise and approval

Just got home from Ewood Park, Rovers were outstanding today and I would say our best performance of the season. Full 90 minutes performance from the players. They are at it from the first whistle of the game until the final whistle. Every player was outstanding. So much to enjoyed from today. Out attacking play were great to watch aswell as our defending whether it was from open play or from set pieces. We made then look very poor today. JDT and the players deserves huge credit for today. So proud to be Rovers fan this afternoon. So much passion and commitment from every Rovers player today. JDT's Blue and White Army 🔵 ⚪️!!!

It's very clear where the blame belong and it isn't with GB or the footballing side of the club but with the club management who deal with the EFL paperwork and have communications with the EFL. Forest can't claim for any damages as no contracts with approval by the EFL so I don't see why Mercer thinks they can. Feel for the Player Lewis O'Brien tbh. Hopefully we see major changes from the EFL and its deals with transfers/paperwork and have a similar system to the PL

Another strange comment given my opinion on him and the fact I have backed JDT since day 1 and I haven't once waived from thinking he is improvement on previous manager/head coach and he is improved this team I am still buzzing from Leicester City win and I am still so proud to be Rovers fan and the way this head coach and players performed was outstanding

Would I much prefer a home game always. Playing at 12pm on Sunday is far from ideal really for many fans plus added its Mother day aswell

Maybe some don't, but most(95%) do where I sit in BBE every home league game. Rovers should be making used of the current momentum by every home game now until end of the season through different ticket prices
