  1. No it would only cost me around £25-30 to go there and back in fuel. that its. £50 pounds to do 240 miles round trip? is that what it would cost yourself if you did it I wouldn't have to pay Birmingham clean air charge as I wouldn't be entering the zone to get to the stadium.
  2. than winning and qualifying for the Euros which is the aim of the game. what more do you want? One of the massive problems with international football nowadays
  3. and I answered it given the facts of what the Season tickets prices for next season actually are. In my opinion for next season are more than reasonable and I will look to renew shortly. If you or others disagree that they aren't reasonable price given your situation or other people you know fine but I am talking about from my opinion and my own situation
  4. control performance by England who never got out of 2nd gear today. Qualifying is about winning games and winning the group which Southgate and Players delivered.
  5. but the price wasn't. Its was £379 if I renewed in BBE or if I moved to Jack Walker upper W11 stand for £417 which I think is more than reasonable in my opinion to watch Rovers. Every person situation and circumstances is different and down to the individual person
  6. I don't set limits but given that being ST holder is main interest and the only main thing I do socially now since the Covid pandemic happened.
  7. Maybe in the past but JDT wants his players to match fit and sharpness and is the reasons why so many first team players have played for the under 21's this season Tomasson believes his Blackburn Rovers Under-21s policy will pay off | Lancashire Telegraph How Blackburn Rovers squad have responded to Tomasson's U21s policy | Lancashire Telegraph
  8. Given its my account on BRFCS and I posting my view on the overall cost of the day and which transport option I think is best for me. Plus not everyone want to drink alcohol or can drink alcohol for various reasons at Football.
  9. Thanks for answering the questions All down to personal opinion. I think £379 is fair price and about £16.50 per game(if you can commit to a ST) which is fair price in my opinion. Mike, Its all down to people own circumstances and what the situation is regarding a range of issues whether its cost, family situation, working commitments etc. I understand the point you are making Mike and its a fair one. I know few people who can afford the ST cost but can't go cos work/family reasons and then like yourself down to cost. Yes I think next season prices are reasonably priced given my own situation, but for others maybe not for various reasons. Sarcasm again roversfan99 🙄
  10. That is what JDT has said playing for the under 21's. Look at my post properly where I said JDT has said playing for the under 21 is about keeping you match fitness up but performing well there will see you in the first team picture like Szmodics. Playing for the under 21;s isn't a punishment either
  11. No he didn't. this was your original post about Foden pulls out. where did you mention the appendix?
  12. JDT has said playing for the under 21 is about keeping you match fitness up but performing well there will see you in the first team picture like Szmodics. Playing for the under 21;s isn't a punishment either Brittain needs to get back playing regular problem is the form of Rankin Costello and Pickering which means he can't get that match sharpness he needs
  13. I guess my point was the cost of travel, ticket cost, food and drink cost, plus comfort and a few other reasons like the behaviour of people of coaches/trains makes more sense to drive to away games than go by coach or train.
  14. 2 good goals but Ukraine were solid until we scored. Started well but England's quality comes to the fore eventually. Maybe look at his original post about Foden being out. I don't think he knew why he was out injured before posting on here.
  15. Duncan Ferguson first win as Forest Green manager
  16. 29 pounds different between 379 and 350 which is about 2 pounds a month over a year. is that massive difference? It will be interesting to see what the uptake is before the deadline. They are out early as people wanted and give people time to plan and worked if they can commit to a season ticket plus work out the finances. Would you commit to ST if there was £300 to £350 then?
  17. was your original post a joke or was it made without knowing why Foden has been pulled out of the squad?
  18. which one would you pick between playing for England or a life threatening appendix? Given you have said in the past that players should missed the birth of the children for a game of football. Example BBD missing the Rotherham game for the Birth of his first child which you said was wrong
  19. Appendix. Health comes first before everything. which one would you pick? Given you have said in the past that players should missed the birth of the children for a game of football. Example BBD missing the Rotherham game for the Birth of his first child which you said was wrong then muted the volume or turn over till 5 minutes before kick off time
  20. He has surgery to remove his appendix this morning. Hardly pulled out of the squad is it?
  21. Yes it would cost me around £50 to 60 for the day if me and my best friend went. split the fuel cost and get some dinner and tea in the travel. Car isn't new but 9 years old but great with fuel economy Hope you have great time there and Rovers get the win and 3 points
  22. The Sky Sports impact on Blackburn Rovers' schedule as 18 games chosen | Lancashire Telegraph
  23. Their CEO Brannigan did walk out on Friday. Seems massive problems there.
  24. Yes the £25-30 is the fuel cost. Plus around £15-20 on food and drink, but it is alot cheaper then paying rail fares and plus the unpredictable of whether they are running, train strikes and delays. I would rather drive to most away games than travel by coach or train. You mentioned depreciation, I guess you mean wear and tear on the car but I do keep look after my car and it passes it Mot and service every year with flying colours
