I agree with your first part. I don't agree that Terry Venables or Sir Bobby Robson failed miserably either. Others yes I agree Why would you break up a team including the manager and players who have such a bond and performed very well yesterday? The players trust him. Why would you seriously look at who's out there if you already believe you have the right person for the job? Apart from Howe or Potter who else is performing well enough to warrant it? are either ready for job? probably not but 4 years time after Southgate has hopefully them to winning a world cup or Euro's. Yes Saka was having a very good game but his he running on empty you surely take him off?

I'm pleased you agree with me that we should have played a back 4 yesterday. Brittain played the majority of the time at Barnsley as right wing back. If we are going to back 5 then we need to play 3 centre midfielders and front 2 as strikers not inside strikers or wide forward.

Buckley has had a period of time out of the time and was on the bench so we see over the coming matches but I think Buckley will be part of the squad here. Plus he has signed a 5 year contract only a few months ago. I would drop Travis. Who knows if we will face financial penalties for not playing Morton. All baseless speculation.

Capello was an elite club manager but awful with England. I think international football is very different to club management. Southgate has been England most successful manager since Sir Alf Ramsey days. Sir Bobby Robson was another good international manager who got us close in 1990. But since Terry Venables got us to semi final with a good team. I would keep Southgate on to after the next world cup in 2026 then appoint Howe or Potter has his replacement depending on the next 4 years. They might be other possible options in 4 years time. JDT has said he wants BBD to stay here. Rovers have offered him a new contract and maybe BBD wants to stay depending whether we get promote. I like playing out from the back in the right situations. Yesterday at times was suicidal football and the second goal for them was criminal from Kaminski and Travis. Kaminski has to decide when is the right and wrong time to play out from the back like Pickford did yesterday. BBD was poor and I was surprised when took off but looking back he wasn't effective the game at all. I would say this get rid attitude of a head coach who has been in charge 22 games and has us 3rd in the league is totally insanity and utter madness. Also this isn't his project but the club project that Gregg Broughton and Jan Dahl Tomasson have come in to implement. Why not allow JDT the full season and next summer to bring in his own players that fit the style of play he wants to play here and years ago and Rovers are run very different now with a Proper football management structure in place now. Yesterday he started with Brittain on the right and Hedges on the left no chance. Buckley should be playing in the team here as first choice with Wharton or Morton or both if we switch to formation to play 3 in centre midfield.

Saka was shattered and that probably the reason wise I don't this team as a failure full stop but a team that the fans love and feel pride in supporting every game. We lose to France on fine margins. Dack got a goal but he was close cos I wanted to bring Dolan in but its where can he play cos I want Hedges, Gallagher and BBD in my starting 11. Dack dropped too deep at times today and that annoyed me cos we weren't getting anywhere. I was annoyed by how we played BBD, Dack and Szmodics today, cos I didn't understand one bit. If people want him out then that's their opinions. You and I have very different opinions and we are still backing and believe in JDT. Gutted about tonight with England but we lost that game on fine margins and we shown tonight that we are very good team that will only get better under Southgate. I still believe in JDT and what he wants to build here. We are well above where I thought we would be. Very disappointed by today's terrible result but still faith in JDT and I do feel that he will take us to PL if people give him time and patience and allow him to build the team he wants here. I do think he has to go back to playing 4-2-3-1 formation and drop the 3-4-2-1 formation. Brereton did nothing at game. I wouldn't built the team around Dack either.

I have mentioned JDT's decision with how he played the front 3 and lack of formation in first half and even half time and lack of subs at half time.

That was terrible performance as I seen in many years. No passion, desire, hunger, no tempo to our play, no movement, no intensity from anyone. I didn't understand the front 3 he picked and how he played them positional. He played Brittain and Hedges on the right sides until Britain had to come off. I was surprised he didn't changed formation during the first half and no subs even at half time. Surprised that Buckley didn't come on. The first 2 goals were criminal from us. Kaminski and Travis needs a bollock for their part in the second half. Travis need dropping and his performance was woeful as I seen from him. Should be dropped for the Norwich game as his performance isn't good enough. This performance was unacceptable and the players need a bollocking and telling that sort of performance is totally unacceptable for this club. I would be making 4 changes for the Norwich game. Buckley, Gallagher, Pickering, and Adam Wharton replacing Travis, Szmodics, Morton and Carter or Brittain (depending if Brittain is injured). I would play 4-2-3-1 formation. Been defensive solid and make sure we bring a clean sheet back home to Ewood Park Then 2 hours to get home after Buncer lane and Preston New road just to top off a bad day at the football. The Turkey sandwich and pig in blanket was the best part of the day

I think Spurs might do if Conte leaves at the season if he doesn't get backing he wants. If Southgate does leave I think he will decide himself. The FA want him to stay on and so do I.

Correct there and has was said in the Minutes from FF meeting from October that Rovers have already had to order what they want manufacturing and delivering for next season in October. That would be 8 months time for delivery in June/July for sale. If for Example purposes only if we sold 5,000 home shirt this season then I would be increase next season order by 15 to 20%. i hope Rovers do the same
