Here is Stephen Glass who was manager of Aberdeen when Hedges move here blaming his agent. https://www.nottheoldfirm.com/news/aberdeen-boss-takes-aim-at-ryan-hedges-agent-over-transfer-agenda/

Hedges's agent is CAA Base LTD. Darren Mowbray works for Aberdeen in a recruitment role.

Well my opinion as I posted earlier was a positive move by Mowbray that led us to having more attacking intent on the pitch and good to see him changing formation and moving Gallagher into the 10 role. Unbalanced? well if he going out there then Mowbray is staying for next season an beyond unless he walk away from the job. They might get better financial offer but are they going to be regular at the club. Just look at Rhodes since he left Rovers or Gestede or Marshall. have they made a major impact in their career since leaving Rovers? not really The question I asked was a simple one, Who would you bring in to replace Mowbray since you are in favour of a managerial change? Not interested who Venkys used to bring the manager in the question I asked of yourself. Also you are wrong on your point I don't think any of our players can do better than our club so please don't put words in my mouth. Maybe we can do better than Mowbray but he is the only manager who has in top 6 at this stage of the season since our relegation from PL. -
The world has gone mad if people serious think sacking Mowbray now is the right thing to do given we are promotion race which most on here never thought would happen. The 2 reasons for that our chance of promotion is down to Mowbray and the players

Like I said before I would be more concern if we weren't creating chances but we are and we performing well. Mowbray change formation during the game so not that stubborn is he! Do the players or fans need a lift? Not really players are performing well and fans are right behind the team. Blackburn End was good today and right behind the players Mowbray likely off in the summer so why is he going to India then in summer to meet the owners? He ain't there for holiday is he? Given that Waggott is doing the contract negotiations do you suddenly think we are going pay more cos of a change of manager A new manager bounce isn't guarantee at all. Just look at Mark Hughes at Bradford for example or Alex Neil at Sunderland. But lets say it was going to happen who are you going to bring in as manager to replace Mowbray? -

NO! Why would I sack a manager that has 4th in the league and players are performing for him? But each to their own tho -

We are creating good chances but sadly can't convert them. Whether its Lenihan or JRC or Khadra. But I would be more worried if we were created nothing but we aren't. -

I'm totally gutted about today's result. Did more than enough to win the game and we should have won the game. We have Lenihan, JRC and Khadra chances first half, then Khadra effort hitting the bar, Dack's penalty and Dack other effort. Then they smash and grab the win. Still can't believe we didn't win the game today after the chances we had. Pleased when Mowbray went for formation change to 4-2-3-1 formation with Dolan and Khadra wide and Gallagher as the central striker with Buckley as number 10. Its was positive change by Mowbray which was needed in we was going to get the 3 points. Then Dack came on sooner than I thought he would. The entire Rovers fans faithful applauding and cheering him like I haven't seen that reaction ever to a player coming on. It was a lift the fans need. Dack wanted to take the penalty and Lenihan gave him the ball but its was so gutted his penalty was saved but not the best penalty. It felt like another one of those days we wasn't going to score again. But Dack had another chance but went wide. I think fully fit Dack scores that one. But then came their injury time winner which left fans very downbeat and gutted. Now on to the worst referee I've ever seen in my time watching Rovers, he was utter and totally clueless. No idea on decisions, booked Khadra when he was foul clearly. Then I was in disbelief when he awarded us a penalty. I was in shocked. So Derby up next and its a must win. We are STILL in 4th currently but we got to start winning games now. We need Diaz back after the international break to help secure the playoff place we deserved in my opinion. We got to keep believing in this playing squad in each and every game we got until the end of the season. I am abit downbeat myself tonight after today's lost after thinking we would never lose today. But I will always keep believing in my club and will be there on Tuesday night supporting the players and the club I support all my life. Rovers till I die! Come On You Blues 🔵⚪ -

chaddyrovers replied to TheRovers1994's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Yes Mowbray want the money to sign 2 midfielders as he said in his interview with Andy Bayes. Venkys said no deal. They might get a better deal wage wise elsewhere but will it at a better club? Plus is the agent advising the right thing to do. But I am sure we will have targets in mind to replace Nyambe and Rothwell with if they don't stay and sign new contracts here for next season and beyond. -

It's not the club's fault. They have offered improved contract offers to all 3 which they haven't sign. Look at how quick the Travis new contract talks took and similar to Kaminski. But if players refuse to sign them what do we do? Would you sold them last summer for example? -

Funny thing is it was yourself who posted Reed's girlfriend didn't want to live up here. I am fully aware of that thanks JH already as it all in the public domain due to Instagram. Let's see where he moved to and if he gets a better deal elsewhere. -

Thanks for reply. Of course it's excellent work by the club and the Travis wants to stay to the club cos its means alot to him and he owe Rovers alot as he has said today after signing his new contract Depends why those 3 players haven't sign a new contract? Do you know the exact reasons why they havent? Does Rothwell want to move back south for family reasons for example? Does Lenihan want to play in PL before his career ends for example? -
