Google AI: Rudy Gestede is the person in the picture. He is a former professional football player and is now the Head of Football at Blackburn Rovers. He played internationally for France at the U19 level before switching to Benin. Gestede played for Cardiff City, where he helped the club earn promotion to the Premier League. He was loaned to Blackburn Rovers in 2013, and the transfer became permanent in January 2014.

Maybe it’s been said, but Leam Richardson has been linked. Never heard of him.

Am I the only one noticing that Morishita is a bit lazy at his backtracking? Watched a bit from the Hull match and he dropped of on his defensive duties inside the first 10 min. I remember also thought the same yesterday. -

Cantwell has lost the ball x 5 times more than DDN. He is sluggish and slows the attack. -

Looking much more on the gas in attack, creating chances. Cantwell our weakest player -

Its baffling that we decided to keep Tyjon. Anything to do with the managerial change? Is Damien going to have him in the squad tonight and insist on playing him? -
Asteras Tripolis win % 23.1 Fuck me.

Valérien Ismaël: Former Head Coach
alexanders replied to DE.'s topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Based on results thoug; December wasnt that bad, January have been horrible and it was time to say goodbye. -
To put a name out there; Eirik Horneland. Just sacked from Saint-Etienne after only 5 wins in 14 in the playoff race back to Ligue 1. He had a PPM on 1.62 in Ligue 2 with Saint-Etienne. Before that he was head coach at Brann SK in Norway where he won coach of the year when Brann was in second division (equal to Championship) and he then went on to win the cup and reach the UEFA playoffs with Brann. He also worked together with Sondre Tronstad in Haugesund. He would be risky, but is a coach that would suit the Championship with his no nonsense style of play and his ability to create a "togetherness" and team spirit.

Valérien Ismaël: Former Head Coach

It really isnt weird though. Deadline day was right after an important home match and before an even more important home match against Sheff Weds where only a win is good enough. It was necessary to do something. -
The only thing I want is a manager than is die hard and gets the players to go to war every match. There are enough battlers in the squad to ensure this. I also want a manager that has a bit of tactical nous and wants to stretch the opposition to give more freedom going forward. and I DONT want a manager who plays from side to side and tries to get a hopeless cross in.
