  1. The worst thing about it all? It just needs a blast with a jet wash.
  2. Here’s something interesting I’ve come across. This is all the spending and outgoings (on players) since 2010. If only we saw some of the £70 million on players! To put some context to it, out of 50 odd clubs, we’re second only to Swansea, for the money we bring in from player sales, since 2010.
  3. Forget Waggot- chants MUST be aimed at Suhail today. He is the representative of the owners. He will be at the game. Waggot doesn’t even speak to Venky’s from what I can gather. Suhail needs his own chant. He hates the spotlight, from what I’ve been heard. Also, not expecting a massive uptake on the posters yet. We only formed a couple of days ago! Give it a few weeks though.
  4. I’ve found and purchased a press photographer’s picture on Alamy. It’s time the supporters of our club knew who this man was.
  5. . West Brom- ❌ I couldn’t believe how poor they were the other night. Mowbray loves bottling a play off spot too! Bristol City- ❌ They’ll fall short playing against the teams near the top, and it’ll cost them. Boro- ❌ Too inconsistent and I think them missing out will see Carrack leave his role. For me, I think we’re fighting it out against: Coventry- Lampard seems to have them on a roll . Sheff Weds- They’ll be there or there abouts, unless Danny Rohl takes a leaf out of Eustace’s. Their owner’s off his trolly. QPR- They looked good again tonight, against Derby, and are on a decent run. Whilst it’s a disaster at the club behind the curtains, we can only hope that a new manager bounce and players returning will spur us on.
  6. Has anyone got the picture of him, from the Wolves game, sat next to Waggot? I’m wanting a better picture, than the shoulder picture I’ve got him. Someone posted it on here, but I can’t find it! Also, I’m hearing tonight- from a good source within the club- that he absolutely hates the spotlight. From the same source, I’ve also heard he was apart of the ticket checking, at one of the recent home games. This is what we’re dealing with, folks!
  7. Here you go, chaps! Hope to see you all there.
  8. Just to update you all- I’m in the process of finalising the agenda for the meeting, which will be posted on here when it’s sorted.
  9. Mike- thanks for your update on here. I was very impressed by the statement the other day. I have been part of forming the Venky’s Out 2025 page on Facebook. I put it together (alongside others) because I felt people were complaining on here, whilst doing not a lot about it (myself included). It does appear now, however, the WATR group are taking more of a lead on this. In your honest opinion, is it worth forming something like this (in an attempt to give the protest movement some direction) or will it interfere with WATR’s work to shift the owners? The last thing I want to do is make your group’s job, even harder. The fanbase must unite to achieve the common goal.
  10. It’s been set up so that cameras have to be on. A warning will be given out prior to the meeting being opened up to the attendees too, regarding libel etc. 👍
  11. For me, it has to be a boycott. We’ve had all the chants inside the stadium before. They don’t care. The only way it was hit them even more is if we stop going. Waggot’s kept his job because he keeps increasing the club’s revenue (or so he says). Only an empty stadium will speak volumes. Not for part of the game, but for the full 90 minutes.
  12. Official protest movement, chaps, for anyone who’s interested in trying to shift our owners. https://www.facebook.com/share/1BEvHFhWky/?mibextid=wwXIfr
  13. I think that’s the route we go down, personally. That statement seems to have finally woke up a very apathetic fanbase, though, judging by the reaction on Facebook.
  14. It sounds like a Berg job to me. In other news, has anyone noticed how quiet the Rovers social media team is?
  15. These are all pipe dream. The only people applying for this are those who love the club, like Gareth Ainsworth, Keith Hill, Simon Grayson… and individuals like John Gregory and Adie Boothroyd, who want to restart their English league managerial career. Word will have got round about how they promise the world and deliver nothing.
  16. Someone organise it and I’m there, outside the Jack Walker Stand, waiting for Waggot after the game, with a placard. This is the problem for me though- no one wants to sort it (me included). We have an awful lot of anger on here, which is aimed at a keyboard, but not inside/ outside the ground. Until this changes, we’ll all be sat here in another 5 years, complaining on here.
