A really disappointing night. Individual player thoughts are : -Buckley- nowhere near good enough at this level. -Hedges- forgot he was on the pitch. -Cantwell- doesn’t look 100% right to me. -Dolan- the most appalling decision maker in that team. -Beck- struggled against the directness of Smith (I think he was called) which seems to be a common theme for the lad. He needs moving further forward, onto the wing. -Forshaw- probably the best appearance so far, even if it was for a short period. -Pears- questionable keeping. Time to give Toth another go. On another note- why the hell did we stop pushing forward after we equalised? We had them on the ropes. Eustace’s tactics and subs are at fault tonight for me.

I have to say, I thought that Bristol City’s game day set up was leagues ahead of ours. There were bars all around the outside of the ground, along with music being played over the tannoy, and there was some half time entertainment inside the ground, where the winning chap got a crate of cider for winning an inflatable race on the pitch. The club had a standing section too, with flags galore. These things aren’t that hard to sort. Waggot, Suhail and Venky’s have to be removed.

The £9 million they got from Szmodics fee has been spent on wages. How do you think Cantwell’s (and the rest) wages have been covered? We’ve done what Allardyce did at Bolton, in this window.

Someone mentioned 5 shots on target in 4 games. Not sure how true this is? It can’t be that far wrong though.

Disagree about the transfer window. Whoever plays in that final third is going to struggle, based on the service they get. Eustace is completely at fault for this. We are for too negative, especially with someone like Cantwell in the team.

All of Eustace, for me… and has been for the last few weeks. The bloke has no plan b if we go 1 down. I don’t think the squad’s that bad, but the way we’re setting up to play, is making everyone else look like world beaters.

It’s the worst Dingle team I’ve seen in years, this. But… that does look like a Scott Parker side with how little creativity there was going forward. If you can get a decent forward and creative midfielder in before the weekend, I still think you’ll have a chance against Pears.
