FWIW - on here I start at 6 being the base line of a competent performance. Anything higher than that indicates there were memorable/significant interventions in the game. Below 6 indicates memorable/significant errors/mistakes/ineffectiveness… I may well be treating it too scientifically…😆

In my (financial services) career I never saw that level of detail in a contract. The detail was in the job description & the annual objectives. With Rovers though…who knows?

Yeah…so more likely to be a KPI that if reached pays out, akin to a sales target…
