  2. Honestly one of the best researched and knowledgable posts I’ve ever read. This is the kind of info Rich, Andy Bayes and co need to be researching and tackling. Thanks Jack, genuinely learned a lot from that, it shows that in all likelihood it would lead to the end of category A and then what? Get rid of under 18’s? Send them off to train elsewhere? Im also yet to see anything revolutionary or better than what we have already. Do the club still have a duty to honour a fans consultation? If so they need grilling
  3. As others have touched on if this really was a positive and progress it would have been sung from the rooftops. We’d be seeing mock ups of this state of the art new site and details on exactly why it’s such a great thing. Instead the plans get found and then a rushed press release with no details comes out.
  4. Hope Gallagher is ok but that injury was a perfect distraction for Mowbray, the comments about fans and Nyambe was linked in the same article under the headline of Gallaghers injuries so anyone commenting negatively would be seen in a bad light. Personally I think his comments about Nyambe should have been it’s own article such was the nonsense of it
  5. Yet when we scrap a win it’s all about the result not the performance
  6. More and more like Donald Trump these rambling interviews
  7. He’s just blamed the fans for Nyambe’s injury The mask has slipped now he’s in self preservation mode
  8. Disgraceful stuff from Mowbray, he literally said midweek there was no reason he was dropped But yeah he’s honest and decent all right
  9. Weirdly I’m seeing more defence of Mowbray on social media now than midweek ‘not his fault we missed the penalty’ and the like
  10. Full time 4 losses in a row
  11. Brilliant from Nyambe but which donkey dived in? Lucky it wasn’t a penalty was it Branthwaite again?
  12. Social media is receiving the news very positively and I have to admit if that statement came out rather than a leak of plans I would be a little less suspicious. The statement refers to selling the land to fund it, I’m assuming we wouldn’t sell the land before constructing the new site so would we be borrowing money in the meantime to build the new site?
  13. Surely Dedham Vale Homes won’t be involved at any point! https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/09750656/officers
  14. I still can’t believe he expects us to swallow the nonsense about Nyambe. Previous 2 games he has THB on the bench itching to bring him on yet when THB starts Nyambe, who can play right back and in the middle can’t make the bench because of course we need Buckley there along with Rothwell, Elliot, Dolan, Evans and Brereton.....you know just in case 5 midfielders get injured. In fact I recall he did similar 18 months or so ago, all of a sudden Bennett was in at right back and Nyambe out of the squad. Also he’s cost us a few goals recently so like Raya he has to be dropped and made an example of in interviews. Good job nobody else has made any mistakes this season then If there is one constant in football it’s that managers will perpetually come out with self serving nonsense, even ‘decent and honest’ ones but this is just insulting
  15. From a supporters point of view it’s horrible, goes against Jacks legacy and feels a real kick in the teeth. From a cold business perspective there’s mega money in it; I think it’s one of the first things any new owners would look at most likely. Thats a sad state of affairs but it’s what it is now; even those buying clubs in the top flight are now using every bit of club assets to offset their outlay
  16. Hard to care too much. A loss won’t see the end of Mowbray and a win won’t propel us to promotion but would strengthen his position. Probably a draw with us salvaging it late on to cries of ‘this team are giving their all for the manager’
  17. Reminded me of Donald Trump discussing his disastrous Covid numbers ‘but we have the best testing in the world, the most testing, beautiful testing’
  18. I said recently I never like talk of ‘losing the dressing room’ as players should be professional enough to give it their all no matter what. However last night looked like exactly that, their goal was long coming and when it did it was simply one way traffic and we were lucky they misplaced passes and fluffed lines or could have been 3 or 4, the second goal was embarrassing. We never for a second looked like we were bothered about getting back into it, our late goal shouldn’t mask that. Abysmal stuff, the fact the first goal came from their left and Nyambe wasn’t there to Blame was the icing on the cake
  19. Dunn’s all about feathering his nest he’ll never upset the apple cart certainly in local football circles.
  20. “I won’t be a burden” You are now a burden, show us your famous decency and go
  21. 2-0 probably flatters us to be fair
  22. I think if the result stays the same he’ll be gone by tea time tomorrow
  23. Camera rag our brightest player
  24. Lucky we haven’t conceded before Tony has responded to the changes Edit there we go
  25. Ah yes good one Also Callum Fode-Koita
