A football club has and always will belong to the people. Some people cannot afford to go to games, some people physically cannot attend games and they use any media outlet to follow their club. A football club has no right to block an outlet from reporting things to their fans. This is just wrong, embarrassing and a flex of power that would only be thought of by pathetic, weak and incompetent management.

First and foremost, well done to the players, manager and coaching staff as they all did their job superbly. They must all be absolutely fizzing that due to a lack of investment (you can buy tanking systems) they have not got a well deserved win today. The players were even up against it in midweek as all the training pitches were flooded, according to the manager. 3 game weeks will be so tough with a small squad, we've just added another.

No chance this game is going back on. McKenna will be non stop at the ref about players being in danger (bollocks). We clearly now have a drainage system that cannot take prolonged heavy rain, it is not fit for purpose, that is on the club.

I think this summer showed any wiff of a couple of million would have seen a player off, in their last year. I just don't think a bid came, teams were happy to wait for a free and we were worryingly happy to offer below the going rate for a championship contract.

I've said it for years on here, the reason that Ryan Hedges has played for this club for years under many managers is that he can read a game. His skill set leaves a lot to be desired, but he doesn't look out of depth working with a full back.

My only positive is I actually struggle to dig out the players after that, we just don't have the quality to make subs. We look reasonably organised as the starting 11 but subs knock us so far off balance and seem to have for years. Im not too sure on that, I'd say the comment regarding fans needing to remember in not 94/95 anymore with Shearer and Sutton was very naughty. It was self serving and not a fair comment from somebody who carried weight in the game, knowing people in the game would see it as an honest, assessed comment.
