If Rovers went back on their word over a fee they would sell Sammie for ,then I would have expected a transfer request and Szmodic not playing. At the end of the day Szmodic is playing and playing well,goal scored and an assist .Wether it was the clubs decision or Szmodic insistence they gave him 3 weeks off more or less to get the deal sorted and Ipswich haven't met the clubs valuation. If the club are overvaluing Szmodic in his opinion and feels we should be accepting the offer from Ipswich and he is really unhappy with the club then instead of playing well and putting himself at risk of injury then would he not be putting a transfer request in?

Even if Szmodic is pissed off it isn't effecting his performances.If someone pays the fee or Rovers cave in then he will get his move, if he doesn't then he might sulk for a bit but it will serve no purpose to him playing poorly
