  1. He knew little of ohashi and Gueye. We have brought in a new recruitment team...Eustace title Is head coach here I wouldn't expect Eustace to have the knowledge of the other leagues rhat recruitment will have.
  2. The 2 signings that have had the biggest impact are Ohashi and Gueye, signings Eustace had little to do with. I agree ,we have brought people in to lead recruitment and although I think Eustace should have a say I do find it concerning his list consists of Birmingham City players a club that got relegated last season.
  3. They didn't sell Hughes until their valuation was met. He would be a better option than Dolan as a 10 imo,but I'd rather if a fee like that was spent to go on the best winger we can get
  4. Probably is a release clause if he was willing to commit to a 5 year deal with a league one club
  5. Was that not prior to signing Mcfadz and Batth? I've seen reports Cooper is close to a deal with Hull
  6. Aasgard signed a 5 year deal last summer They will want decent money for him
  7. They demanded and got more for the young center back who went to Hull
  8. Doesn't say who has identified Aasgard but said Hall and dembele are being targeted by old boss Eustace
  9. Said Wigan want £3.5 million for Aasgard. Brum holding off out for £1.5 million for Dembele but a deal could be done for £1 million + extras Hall being overlooked at Birmingham but Eustace rates him and thinks he could be a major asset
  10. Theo Aasgard, also want George Hall and dembele from Brum
  11. Looked at a few videos of that Yeboah and he played 3 times in the copa for Ecuador, only clips but looks able to beat a man and pacey Transfer market have his value at 2.5 million euro he transferred to his current club a year ago for 1.5 million euro To be fair recruitment look have to done OK with ohashi and Gueye ,so if any truth to that what glen mullan heard then I'd rather take a chance on him than Dembele ,who looks to have an iffy attitude and his career is on the down rather than up, granted he does have a bit of trickery and is direct.I wasn't sold on the Szmodic signing initially though so what do I know
  12. Good to win coming from behind, thats been very rare here
  13. They signed Ash Phillips on a season loan today too ex rovers all over the place there
  14. Iverson has had dodgy spells on loan aswell. His wages are too high for what he is £25k per week he is supposedly on, he has clearly been available to sign permanently for a couple of seasons yet no club has pulled the trigger. I wouldn't say I'd be unhappy if Iverson signed cus I do want a permanent keeper , but for me he is a bit like Dembele, over hyped for what they actually are, and expensive
  15. We should be signing a permanent goalkeeper. Rushworth wouldn't be a bad loan though, better than loaning in Ruddy and he is much better than Pears
  16. O'Rourke saying Norwood is signing with Stockport surely he could do a job for someone at this level
  17. Should be busting a gut to get a competent goalkeeper signed now so be ready for the Burnley game Would have been nice to have a goalkeeper available for tomorrow's game. They should have a shortlist of the players they want and bids should be in not still deciding Really wish Burnley was after the international break
  18. Plymouth lose their goalkeeper and have a replacement within a week I'm sick of our snails pace and tedious links .Get some players signed for fuck sake!
  19. In fairness on this one I would go with what Travis is saying. Travis can't have been happy not starting a game in midfield since October, and JDT would have said it was a club decision like he did with nearly everything else, and he did say Travis wasn't happy with lack of minutes and hìs position when he did play Agree the money men would have been delighted getting his wages off the books and no doubt jdt was led to believe more players would be coming
  20. When you take into account the transfer fee paid for Szmodic, wages paid to the player, Szmodic and agent cut of the deal, Pboro sell on we will have made 5 or 6 million profit on the league top scorer who had a couple of years left on his contract It was a woeful deal for Rovers and no other championship club would be making that sale Sold so the club can wash its own face
  21. Then Ipswich would have a fantastic asset and proven goalscorer at this level to attempt to get them promoted at the first attempt Lewis Dobbin went for the same money as Szmodic I get the age argument but Sheffield United bought brewster a couple of years ago for 20+ million on the back of half a good season on loan at Swansea. If Sheffield United put Brewster on the market now they would be lucky to get £5 million. Szmodic was sold cheaply
  22. Some paper the telegraph is have they even mentioned yesterday yet
  23. With respect though those points have been raised since the last time the case was postponed, hasn't stopped Waggott from repeating his bullshit, and many of the casual fan/Facebook brigade buying it
  24. Waggott isn't going to change tact If we get a statement, it will read the Same as the last one "That the court proceedings doesn't affect the day to the day running of the club" And after spending the last year telling us that the owners are free to send money over if they match it with a bond ,he isn't going to change tact on that We will be fed with billshit, until the shit hits the fan and we can no longer pay our bills.
  25. So why did they sign Ruddy then? And why would they loan him out
