Can't remember which poster and not accusing him of lieing (I'm sure he/she has been told this) but I find it hard to believe.Why would we agree to that?Surely there just would have been a release clause set at £8 million in his contract . And if he truly was available for £8 million he would be gone already .Teams would definitely take a punt at that price

I feel for Dack with his injury issues but he spent all last summer deciding his next club(missed pre season) and this one he is still deciding his club with 3 weeks till the start of the season. Last summer he should have been trying to get a club sorted asap...maybe it wouldn't have made a difference but he would have had a much better chance of maintaining fitness with a pre season behind him
