  1. I know many in 1) & 2) and personally, I have a foot in both camps. However, enough is enough and after 43 years as a ST holder, I am very sadly considering non-renewal for the bigger picture and greater cause.
  2. But just maybe, finally, the chance of a resurrection or if all else fails, a Pheonix !
  3. I share your pain and understand your feelings but if Carlsberg did protests, we would see a full and toxic Ewood and everyone leaving at HT or on 75 minutes. Shows the watching world our potential and our clear disgust of the regime.
  4. Well they certainly didn’t show up there, either your spot on or that performance forced them to move away from Lowe / Johnston until the end of season.
  5. Having said that, even allowing for the Stooges at the helm, I would still be absolutely staggered if there isn’t a break clause in Ismael’s contract. Surely the consequences to the business of a predictable post appointment death spiral must have been considered and covered 🤷‍♂️
  6. I said it at the time and will say it again, any appointment after Eustace left us should have been for the 12 remaining games and play offs. Irrespective of whether it was to be David Lowe, Damian Johnson, Big Sam, Steven Gerrard or even Jurgen Klopp, there was never any business sense to making a long-term appointment, until after the season had played out. Our position in the play off places offered a perfect opportunity to construct a highly incentivised short term arrangement for a results driven name or keep it in house at little cost until outcomes were known. As it is the stooges somehow managed to bring in a dud on a long-term deal and make a very expensive mistake !
  7. You can put your mortgage on that result, our historic record at Kenilworth Road and this spineless lot guarantees it.
  8. After 43 years with a ST, I am actively considering not renewing in order to support NAPM until these fuckers finally leave our club.
  9. Listening to the Radio Lancs commentary, sounds like Sonny is having a shocker ! He is usually our most consistent player and today, even he can’t find a teammate with a simple pass, so frustrating and predictable performance and looks like the outcome we all expected.
  10. Be 0 points from 36 in away fixtures against L1 promoted clubs, it runs a lot deeper than Ismael. Clowns running the club but for too long, too many spineless fuckers in Rovers shirts.
  11. Happy to help in any way I can, I have a lot of experience in running big business.
  12. Four wins in sixteen, two of which we have David Lowe to thank for ! As Spring approaches, the seasonal death spiral is once again in full bloom.
  13. Just seen Ismael post match interview, he looked absolutely shell shocked.
  14. I said there was just no logic to make an appointment for any term beyond the end of the season. Frankly, I would be staggered if there is no break clause at the end of the season. I think Ismael has been set up to fail by management and is now being failed by the spineless players who have featured in numerous second half of season death spirals !
  15. He’s been absolutely shocking the last 4 matches, not a leader, goes missing.
  16. The death spirals post January are hardly a new thing Jim, not something that Ismael has drummed into this latest set of losers !
  17. I’m honestly not blaming him, it is the club and these spineless players like Pears, Travis, Dolan and Hyam who have capitulation in their DNA.
  18. Cantwell also far too slow and constantly losing possession
  19. The skipper not turning up again, we just don’t have any leaders, always missing when it matters.
  20. And now we see Dolan in offensive position, simple pass outside to overlapping player and screws it up.
  21. If we don’t win tomorrow night, it is season over. Stoke desperate as well but like Swansea and Derby, I expect only one outcome. I just hope and pray that I am wrong on this occasion !
  22. This club, this team, these players never turn up in matches / situations like this one. Eleven straight defeats away from home against promoted teams, I would wager Pompey will make that a perfect twelve in a few weeks, suggests yesterday had very little to do with Valerian Ismael.
