Our position in the play off places offered a perfect opportunity to construct a highly incentivised short term arrangement for a results driven name or keep it in house at little cost until outcomes were known. As it is the stooges somehow managed to bring in a dud on a long-term deal and make a very expensive mistake !

I made the point today, for me, I wasn’t unhappy with his appointment, especially given the names linked. I also said before and after the Swansea match, that anyone being appointed should be for the remainder of the season only and if he has been appointed for the stipulated 3 year term without an end of season break, he has been set up to fail and absolute further proof of the cretins running the club ! We have 4,000 season full paying ST holders, if we go on a run that sees us slip in to mid table, who the hell will have any faith in VI and what further damage will that do to ST sales. Our club will die as a result of this.
