  1. It meant Scotland finished with the worst record.
  2. 43 runs in an over - ouch… https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/articles/c4nng85x104 Same player nearly pulls off an incredible win:
  3. Does it matter whether we’re the fifth or sixth best group winner?
  4. I’m in my forties and I still don’t consider myself to be an adult.
  5. As it stands, our opponents can be Holland, anyone from group E, or anyone but Portugal from group F (I think!)
  6. Yep, let’s hope we do - starting tonight.
  7. Just getting out of reverse would be a start.
  8. The FAQs say (and not very clearly) what someone whose changing age categories can’t do. They should be saying (clearly) what they can do. Including the cut off point in the answer (and in the ts and cs) would also seem to be sensible.
  9. I was too distracted by the club’s incompetence to see the point you were making! By the way, the full terms and conditions are as poorly worded as the FAQs.
  10. It would count as an associated party transaction. The EFL would (or should) look into whether this was the fair market value. If they deemed the fair market value was lower, this is the figure they’d use for FFP.
  11. That’s if she’s turning 23 (not 24) As I said yesterday, why would someone who’s turning 23 want an adult one (as against the cheaper 18-23) one?? Our club is full of imbeciles.
  12. Before my time but surely Hurst’s is the best one
  13. The FAQ on this subject makes no sense… How could someone under the age of 17 reach the age of 18 during the season?? Why would someone who turns 23 during the season want to buy an adult ticket (instead of a 18-23 one) ?? Am I missing something obvious here???
  14. Our lot aren’t bright enough to spot a loop hole even if they wanted to.
  15. I imagine now someone’s noticed the loop hole they’ll all be at it.
  16. Biggest doesn’t mean big. Well that what’s my wife says 😲
  17. Clubs find another way to game the FFP system… https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c5111jg2r3yo
  18. If Australia bat first they need to win by around 40 runs to go above India If India bat first Australia need to get the runs in around 15 overs. The actual figures depend on the exact first innings score. Please don’t take this as gospel, I may well have fucked up my calculations 😁😁
  19. West Indies beating, but not thrashing, SA sees us win the group
