    I understand your thinking but what if (for example) GB says ‘he’s great’ and MGP says ‘still clear’ - whose advice do you go with? If it isn’t your employee’s advice - why are you employing him?

    Which teams are you referring to? Southampton took seven years to get back to the premier league last time they went down and Leicester took a decade (both via a trip to league one)
