The cause list has reference to both the saga which has been ongoing since ‘23 and to the appeal you refer to (Sept’ 24) The latter seems to be the Venkys asking the court to rule that the D of E need to either ‘shit or get off of the pot’. As mentioned earlier, given the listing number of 72, it’s not looking hopeful either of these things will be dealt with tomorrow.

As the case is number 72 on the cause list (court number 8 for anyone interested) I think your prediction of a further delay will prove to be correct…
