  1. Venkys have done forecasting until 2028 ( I hope that’s just a statutory requirement!):
  2. It’s to do with the below (which in itself is associated with what you’ve linked to): https://dhcappl.nic.in/dhcorderportal/GetOrder.do?ID=svn/2024/100025571727103544988_38119_79662023.pdf
  3. I’ve always presumed no money changes hand but every £ of guarantee is a £ the Venkys must ensure is in their account (to which the guarantee is linked).
  4. Something has happened today - no idea what it means yet (but it’s in response to Venkys requesting the removal of the need to provide a guarantee) Srl.No. Date Filing Details 1 2024-11-13 REPLY Filed by ZOHEB HOSSAIN On Behalf of UNION OF INDIA, MINISTRY OF FINANCE, DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS & ORS. Vide Diary No : 5203519/2024
  5. If it turns out they said the funds were for Rovers and instead they went elsewhere. In other words, for further breaches of the rules they’re already being investigated for.
  6. The Venky London accounts also mention that since the balance sheet date the club has entered into transfer arrangements amounting to a net receivable amount of £4.76 million. Given the reporting date, that must all relate to the summer transfer window.
  7. That date must have been after 9th July as that’s the date of the strategic report in the Venky London Ltd accounts (which has a reference to needing the court’s permission to send funds)
  8. The money we’re saving on Gueye’s goal bonus should see us through.
  9. I think, but am far from certain, it’s just been rearranged for the 17th February. Hopefully I misheard 😬😬
  10. Just in case anybody has nothing better to do tomorrow… https://delhihighcourt.webex.com/wbxmjs/joinservice/sites/delhihighcourt/meeting/download/acb0bdf2276440a0a0c8c9b78afc22ee?protocolUID=d71db13eb2f8039b42d80ebdd6cf51a4
  11. I notice earlier in the report it confirms player sales helped to ‘maintain liquidity’.
  12. No impediments you say Mr Waggott 🤔
  13. If you did that at Rovers there’d be nobody left 😁😁
  14. But what happens if the hatchet man/woman got their role through the Peter Principle? 🤔🧐
  15. C + C Music Factory - Things That Make You Go Hmmmm
  16. He reffed 74 PL matches in that period.
  17. Pears Ba’ath Hyam. Pickering Brittain. Beck Travis. Tronstad Cantwell Weinmann. Ohashi
  18. The court document from this September quotes their representative using the words (in relation to the guarantee) ‘ this predicament places an immense financial burden on the Petitioner’ (the petitioner being Venkys) Perhaps it isn’t an insurmountable one, but it certainly sounds like an impediment to me. 🤔
  19. The two hearings described as final matters are the Venkys one and number 73 (the final one on the list!). There seems to be no ‘date based’ logic to the ones which precede these two. At a glance (and not wishing to alarm anyone) one of the earlier cases appears to have started in 2017! 😬😬
  20. Does this extend to championship refs? - some of the decisions we get would certainly suggest so.
  21. But surely being so drunk/high that you can’t remember what you said would in of itself be ‘bringing the organisation into disrepute’
  22. Stating the obvious shouldn’t end a career 😁😁
  23. The cause list has reference to both the saga which has been ongoing since ‘23 and to the appeal you refer to (Sept’ 24) The latter seems to be the Venkys asking the court to rule that the D of E need to either ‘shit or get off of the pot’. As mentioned earlier, given the listing number of 72, it’s not looking hopeful either of these things will be dealt with tomorrow.
