I am not really bothered what they did last season. I am looking forward to next season, and hopefully getting the best out of everyone that pulls on a Rovers shirt. If that happens I expect us to be in the top 6.

It doesnt have to be a total refund, a one off payment that ensures that the early bird payers do not get a worse deal than those who hung on. I don't see how that is an admin nightmare, or how it interferes with credit payments.

They could reduce the price to an acceptable level, and refund some of the price to early bird renewers, but that might entice a few people back, so I doubt that will happen.

I don't know about a big risk, it will come as a shock to the players.

It's all down-hill after the peak, 1/2 a season Rothwell, Nyambe a definate miss for the medical team, will we miss Brereton or Diaz ?

I don't think anyone has said that Phillips will be Lenihans replacement. I think the idea is that Ayala is Lenihans replacement, with Wharton alongside him.

Why don't we stop going backwards and forwards, lets just wait and see what happens. Then we can give our opinions on facts, rather than speculation.

I would say, when available, Ayala was and is our best center-half. I would play Wharton with Ayala, Carter on the bench to cover for injuries and Phillips as a squad player to move onto the bench in case of injuries or suspensions. It is not ideal, but finances may dictate that this is what we have to do.
