    The thing is 50 Million pounds spent on transfers would not make Newcastle challengers for the premier league. It is a lot of money, but nowhere near enough. So why give Bruce the money.

    No what will show Mowbray as a poor manager, is if Ben plays well up front for Chile, then Mowbray plays him on the wing.

    Because, with Mowbray still as manager, I don't think going to Ewood will be an enjoyable experience. I think the football will be more robotic than live.

    I can only comment on personal experiance , I remember being bricked at Tranmere, beng attacked with stanley knifes in Sefton park. and yes I do think Liverpool had a fair few bastards as fans.
