As previously stated, he should have just sent judge off. A yellow for simulation, then a second yellow for what Judge said to the ref. It might have even set a precedence.

I wouldn't play a narrow forward three against a team set up to defend narrow. Play two wingers to try to make them defend in positions they are not used to. We can't play any worse than we have been doing. Mowbray out.
