Championship Season 2020 - 2021

Because the club is run by imbeciles. -
From the answers given to the who is the best ,question. It would seem there is little difference in potential between Buckley and Mols. Neither seem to be good enough for a successful Blackburn Rovers first team.
-
You say Mols may have to drop a league or two to get a career. Then say he deserves a chance with us. Which is it ? I hope it is not both.
-
To tell you the truth, I am not bothered where anyone hails from. I judge more on what someone is contributing to our club at the moment. A good kick up the arse is deserved in most quarters of our club at the present time. As an aside one of the few areas that should not be judged at the moment, is the fans, as at present they have very little input to the club.

I saw Blondie at King Georges Hall in the mid 70's. Debbie Harry wore a bin liner. -

Neither does Mowbrays. -
Thompson would have only been a stop-gap, not taking the position permanently. Instead we played an almost equally inexperienced player, in an unfamiliar position.
-
As cover, he should be. His instructions would have been, just mark your player, tackle him whenever you can. Do not get dragged out of position. when in doubt, clear your lines. He is still a professional footballer. I would expect a professional at any walk of life to be able to fill in for someone of better ability for a short time.
-
why didn't Mowbray play Thompson at left back. Are the U23's not the ones who should cover when the first teamers are not available ?

Because he makes himself an easy target, with his stupid statements. -
I haven't seen much of Mols. Is he better than Buckley in peoples opinions ?

Chorley are desperate for the game to go ahead for the money. We didn't seem bothered. Both clubs have hit their targets. -

For me we should play the system that gets the best results for Blackburn Rovers.( If that happens to suit our supposed best players all the better) . The one we play at the moment is not doing that. -

But at some point his knee will have to be tested. As far as the Rovers are concerned it should be as soon as possible. If any player is not going to return, it is better to know early and get on with what we have got, rather than stringing out a forlorn hope. I sincerely hope Dack makes a full and fruitful comeback, not just for him but more importantly for the Rovers. -

Each to their own, but for me, Douglas has been going through a poor patch of form. Bell is a poor footballer. Douglas could improve, Bell won't. Therefore I would go with Douglas. -

People say that 4-3-3 doesn't suit Dack. From what I've seen it doesn't suit the entire team, this for me is Mowbrays biggest issue. His plan A doesn't work, so you have to change the plan A, not the personnel in that same ineffective plan. -
No, that is the point of the academy, the so called developing players are in the academy, if they are not good enough to effect the first team by a certain age then get rid. If you don't work on this principal, what you end up with, is loads of average players going nowhere. This is fine if that is what you want to produce. It is no good for a successful team. This is my view only, no need to state that you disagree as I have already come to that conclusion .
-
If you want your team to be successful, players must be ready to play immediately. There is no time to develop in a successful team.

It depends what he means by, " It will only be ‘renovated’ in the summer". It could mean that the pitch is only being renovated , during this summer. Or it could mean that, the pitch is not going to be renovated till the summer. That's before we get on to what he means by renovation -
Why ? If he is good enough, he will make it. If he isn't good enough, he won't make it. It has always been the same. If a player is not good enough for Blackburn Rovers shift him on. I am sick of watching sub standard players who may or may not develop.
-
I think what he needs to do is, play football to the best of his ability. If that is not good enough, then he should be dropped.
-
That doesn't mean that he would be a bad choice!
-
I think that Hughes compared to Mowbray is looking forward.

Why thank them for some of the poorest work ever done at the Rovers ?
