I thought the rules are if you go into administration, there is a punishment. Nothing about the factors for going into administration . I don’t see how Wigan could win an appeal.

Being good at your chosen specialisation is always a good start. Mowbray May keep Benson for the same reason he keeps picking Bennett at left back

Why Flowers, Because he was a good keeper. Morinho and Benitez have never been keeper coaches either.

Correct, always play the best player for any certain position. Obviously buying a proven left back would be ideal, but financially we may not have that option.
