"Unacceptable" Oh so that's ok then. Business as usual, nothing to see here. The front of this man is quite staggering. Where can the full interview be seen Ian?

Mowbray left a shell of a squad after all the loanees had left the and out of contract players walked out. I agree the situation has since been compounded even further by yet more disastrous recruitment. -

Ok if you dont agree with me look at the stats. He's also so good that at the point JDT left we'd conceded the most goals in the Championship apart from Rotherham. -
All three need to go but if was only one I would be tempted to go with Waggott currently and get a competent and genuine CEO in. The owners won't go unless they either want to at some point or are forced out by the Court proceedings Your question was framed somewhat unfairly so let me flip it on its head and ask Do you think ANY owners could make a success of the Club if they were forced to carry on for a couple of years employing Waggott as CEO and Broughton as DOF bringing in the players?

I don't ignore the Indian elephant in the room though. Quite the opposite. Although three posters in particular (yourself included) stalk practically every post I make accusing me of it. It's really boring and that apart you're an excellent poster.

You're easily pleased, he's unavailable through injury more often than not as well. -
Based on what?

It's astounding how you don't see anything else as a problem and give everyone else a free pass. It goes without saying that ultimately its the owners fault that they keep these idiots in situ either intentionally or because they don't care enough to bother but even with them in overall charge you'd think we'd fare considerably better with proper people in charge on the ground. -
Doubt they would now.

The man has always struck me as the sort of guy brought in to deliberately run a Company into the ground whilst it's assets are stripped. That's why I view him as an exceptionally dangerous person to have around the Club.

I know it's "only" Luton but do you think TK actually didn't want to move to a Premier League side? -

I don't rate him but fair enough. -

Agreed. People are looking far too hard every week to blame officials for the slightest thing every week to cover our own shortcomings. Thought the decisions tonight were relatively marginal. Sometimes they get given sometimes they don't but if the boot was on the other foot you'd want the officials to make the same calls. -

Beggars belief doesn't it. Replacing a £20m up and coming talent with a 32 year old crock on a short term deal who lasted 15 mins! -

This is a fair point. Now Adam Wharton has left which of the squad are really good enough? I'd say one. Szmodics. On occasion Scott Wharton and Dolan. The rest, forget it. We're reaping the "benefits" of the Mowbray/Waggott/Venus era and after that having the worst CEO and DOF imaginable. That's before you get onto the issues concerning the owners -
On tonight's evidence he is one of our better players yet will no doubt end up walking out of the Club for nothing under the tried and trusted Waggott/Mowbray formula.
-
So in your eyes Broughton/Waggott/anyone else working at the Club gets a free pass and can perform as badly as they want?
-
Did he actually say "I don't know what we get now?". "Keep pushing on?" If he thinks we've been pushing on the last few years I wouldn't like to see us when we haven't been. Oh I forgot - we leased a new bus.

We're more competitive within games imo. That said there's no real advantage to be gained by losing 1-0 as opposed to 3-0 so I accept the criticism of his record thus far. He needs a couple of wins - badly. -
Can't argue with either of those points really. That said, JDT wasn't doing any better either towards the end, in fact I thought we were far less competitive within games and he had Adam Wharton at his disposal as well.
-
Think it's a bit harsh myself. He's only been here ten games or so and prior to that we were hurtling towards relegation under JDT anyway. If Broughton had said Eustace was his pick not Waggott's, would there be the same level of hostility towards him?

It is getting quite difficult to see where the next win is coming from. -

Add Nyambe and Brereton with Dolan no doubt soon to be the next one to walk out for nothing. -

Caught the second half. Dolan by far the pick of our players. Szmodics looked well below his best, completely missed his kick in front of goal on one occasion and when he closed the keeper down he just needed to quickly prod the ball in with his left foot instead of turning round 360○ to get the ball on his favoured foot. Hedges - Christ, it always baffles me that years ago someone decided he was worthy of a professional football contract. We must be cursed with two of the worst players ever to wear the shirt in him and Gallagher. Brittain ran him fairly close with some of his antics - looks a really poor player with an even worse attitude. Overall we have a bit of a stench of relegation about us, they're trying and playing for the Coach but if SS doesn't score, no-one else is looking likely to. -

Wouldn't say we're safe with a win today, although it would be a massive step towards safety. 2 wins maybe. Good set of results today though, I thought Venus being put on gardening leave and Rowett coming in would spark Birmingham into life
