  1. Frankie Goes to Hollywood - Two Tribes
  2. They certainly are. Poor Bryan mainly played with the mud up to his ankles.
  3. Well that’s saying something coming from you TS, and my hero was Duggie too. I read your post before viewing the clip of the wonderful passes and you’re right, he is the best passer of the ball ever seen in our lifetime at Ewood. A genius as ARA has said. He was a total entertainer with the passing, long range strikes, his invisible friend, the hiding over on the Riverside when due to be subbed, and the drawn out handshakes with everyone on his way to the bench. We were there to be entertained and my God how he made sure that’s what he did. An absolute legend in my eyes..
  4. And I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t already have a replacement identified.
  5. The BRS depot was on Copperfield Street next to my aunties house. We used to play footie against the big green doors. Last time I was up that way it was Holdex Timber. Regarding the herbalist, exactly as you described OJF, I’m sure that on the same block there was a barbers run by the dad of Alan Bradshaw, Rovers player of the 60’s.
  6. Peter Paul and Mary - Puff The Magic Dragon
  7. At least we don’t have a full blown cock like Richarlison. What a total despicable knob.
  8. Alice Cooper - Schools Out
  9. This is a great piece that showed Jeff had a full repertoire. sorry it’s on the previous page.
  10. Absolutely, if we have any aspirations to get promotion I would like to believe we could win all four of those games but we also have to take into account the fact that JDT does seem to think that we care ready for promotion. I also think we stand more chance playing these teams at this stage rather than at the seasons end where “Fighting for their lives” has much more significance.
  11. We did indeed but we also signed one hell of a gem.
  12. Sister Sledge - Lost in Music
  13. Supertramp - Breakfast in America
  14. That is a far more fair argument there. I also have no problem with player of the match.
  15. Different game, different sex, different era. Does Beth Mead know Jimmy Greaves was a man? How many Internationals did Jimmy play in that record breaking year compared to how many Beth Mead played in her record breaking year? It’s not exactly her fault, the media especially the BBC are to blame for most of this shit.
  16. A fair point in as much you can only learn from people with experience. The problem for me with JDT is I’m not sure he understands English football. He hardly pulled up any trees at Newcastle and 3 goals in 23 appearances is not the form of a centre forward in my eyes. A powder puff player.
  17. Thanks for the link ARA, I might just make it to Burkina Fasso in time for k.o. Probably easier than getting to Norwich !
  18. Too right, I want to see them miss every time. I thought there was a law that said you were not allowed to break stride in the run up!
  19. The ludicrous decision to have VAR in the FA Cup when played at a premier league ground and can’t be used anywhere else of course. Until it is able to be used everywhere then it shouldn’t be used at all.
  20. Nor can I Andy, how “work” rejigged itself to that garbage, I’ve no idea, and I hadn’t even been on the sauce 😃
  21. The line of defenders at a corner, non of which are looking toward the ball, only intent on blocking opposition players as though we are playing American Gridiron. What happened to the obstruction law? And what happened to the foul throw law? I must have seen at least ten foul throws in the WC.
  22. The Police - Walking On The Moon
