Yeah, it's quite astonishing tbh. So many names been flying around, so many different stories about how the process is going. The worrying part for me, are there so many different stories because people don't have a clue, or because people at Rovers are pushing their own agenda's/working independently. For my own sanity, I hope they announce the manager in the next couple of days.

This needs to be sorted in the next couple of days. Silly season is ramping up.

I guess Ferguson was one of the late entries that was reported to have been interviewed after the original interviews took place. And perhaps the head hunting agency threw another one Waggots way as well.

Such a weird thing to impose. If Lowe and Benson were highly rated I'd get it but neither seem to be? Probably cost us a potentially good manager and left us with another dolloper.

All signs seem to be pointing that way, yeah. So many conflicting reports flying around. Last time Glen posted he was under the impression Monday was the day. Sharpe thinks we are doing another round of interviews with the final 3. Others think there is no 3. 🤷‍♂️ Who knows what's going on but it needs concluding soon.

I hope we see some real movement on this next week. I'm all for process and being thorough but we really need a manager in place soon, they need to get started to give us the best chance of a successful season. Also, if after all this time and process, they appoint a complete dud, it's going to be incredibly disheartening.
