  1. As in, there is no comparison?
  2. Because he isn't from Boro Because he isn't from Boro
  3. Just thinking this. If you invest in something, you want a return. The ONLY way anyone would get any return on us is via promotion. If Venkys actually find someone stupid enough to hand over millions of pounds for Venkys to make decisions with it, then fair play to them. After watching the car crash over the last 11 years, surely anyone investing any money would want some serious say in where the moneys going? I.e, not to another HSH reject.
  4. Has to be one or the other
  5. Bloody hell! That's it then, the height of our ambition, avoid relegation from the fucking championship? Cheers Venky's.
  6. “If we win then that’s fine, it doesn’t really matter.” https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/19285004.rovers-selection-clues-come-chelsea-tonight/ Don't bother turning up lads, doesn't matter either way. No point in tuning in either, the manager doesn't even give a toss.
  7. He'll probably get 20mins, break down and miss pre season. Which would mean he would be totally useless for next season as well.
  8. No sleep lost over Evans leaving. But our remaining midfield options are pretty injury prone (as was Evans) We've lacked a proper good centre mid for years.
  9. Ayala is in the squad for this. 😂 Couldn't make it up. Plays when he wants.
  10. He won't have even looked at the CL "table". Probably doesn't even care he's made it to the final (or doesn't know he's in one 🤔)
  11. Tuchel is so shit, whats this Champions League final stuff? Where's the slow build over 4 years? Useless.
  12. Sheff wed could beat Derby and relegate them on goal diff Derby have done a few dodgy things and escaped punishment (Selling ground back to themselves, Rooney being a "coach" to avoid FFP sanctions) I'd have no problem with them going into league one.
  13. Derby can still go down and it should be an interesting final weekend. Derby v Sheff Wed Cardiff v Rotherham Bottom of the table:
  14. Bell has been poor since he joined, we've needed to improve on the left back position for years. BUT for Mowbray, signing him up to a new contact is easy, cheap (assuming it is) fills a squad place for a position we need. Unfortunately for us, its lazy and unambitious.
  15. Imagine the pain when the club announce a new 3 year deal for him. Couldn't stay fit in his 20's, he'll have no chance from now on.
  16. Similar to Bradley Johnson, its just a shame it hasn't really worked out. He's definitely got talent and seems like a decent bloke but he's injured a lot and hasn't impacted on games anywhere near as much as we've needed him to.
  17. I can't imagine there are many Rovers fans who don't want the season to end. I'd be happy if today was the last game to be honest. Mowbray needs to be binned ASAP after the last game. Its going to be rough going trying to galvanise fans into coming back to Ewood.
  18. Doesn't even get a barrage on twitter after another shite result due to the social media boycott by the club. The bloke couldn't have had an easier season, fans have no where to show their displeasure.
  19. Been conceding soft goals from the moment Mowbray walked through the door. After 4 years, he still hasn't been able to resolve it.
  20. I assume we are 1 down already?
  21. The rotation thing must hinder us. I find it difficult to believe we can gain much consistency if we are just changing the players every game.
  22. Same. I don't buy into Mowbrays thinking that its the way to get promoted either.
  23. "He'll be like a new signing"
  24. Depressing that the noises are that he's staying. Next season is going to be a struggle all round.
  25. Class result. Finally mathematically safe as well. Well done lads 👏
