Mowbray was summed up when we saw the starting 11 and people started to get excited. Then we find out the formation and it's a typical Mowbray baffling set up. The ref had an absolute mare but we were awful in that second half.

Have you heard/read this somewhere or is it just your opinion? It would make sense if he did take a step back from coaching to do this role but in Venkys world, they probably expect him to do both.

Wouldn't sat that necessarily, I predict we will concede at least 1 goal. No matter what formation we put out or which players we pick, our defence will be incredibly poor. Mowbray has to get it right at the other end to ensure we can actually get a goal or 2. Interesting to see that huddersfield are working hard during the international break, where as our manager has given the players time off. As a fan, I know which one I'd rather my team were doing, certainly after a complete and utter no show last time out. Obviously, if it pays off then fair play but equally it's just more ammo against Mowbray if we get beat.

I was fully expecting Bowen to get Sparky the job. Reading have just gone for the cheap option and gone for Hughes assistant instead. Feels like something Venkys would do.

Playing Gears 5 at the moment. Decent game but I've played most of them to date, so I guess that makes me slightly biased.

?‍♂️ What mood are Venkys in at the moment? He could be sacked after the next defeat (or game in our case) or be here to oversee another league one promotion charge.
