  1. Conway is 4 years younger so should be much quicker, shouldn't he ?
  2. I remember you having a "thing" for Katie Price aka Jordan a few years ago before her boobs drooped to below knee level. Good to see you go for the more cerebral types these days.
  3. It snowed in June a few years ago. So that's us relegated then
  4. There's obviously some weak links in the team but talk of shuffling players about and trying different formations is missing the point, which is that Mowbray fundamentally doesn't not know what to do to stop the slide. He is a poor manager who has a set way of playing with players he "trusts", and eventually he, and his his team, get found out. It's happened throughout his career at other clubs where he has inevitably been given the sack because of poor results, and we seem to have reached that point with him now. The Rovers hierarchy might come to the same conclusion around Christmas, when of course it will be far too late.
  5. Rangers would beat Rovers. And it ain't pub football, it's better than the Championship. Gerrard would not lower himself to come to Ewood and Rovers is not a step-up from Rangers.
  6. Derby 3-0. Rovers as a club is in freefall with the current manager in charge.
  7. Complete non-starter. Rangers are preparing him for when Klopp moves on
  8. Apathy rules at Ewood, from the boardroom to the manager to the players to large sections of the crowd at Ewood. I can understand (partly) the people at the top now wanting to upset the applecart, because they're getting very well paid and don't want to lose their jobs, but fans not appearing to care about the direction of the club is inexcusable. Why can't they see that Mowbray's time is up.?
  9. Rovers got lucky today. Stoke will feel they should have scored at least 3. Mowbray lost 9 in a row before he was sacked by Coventry. If that's what it takes to get rid of him I'll take it
  10. How many managers in any division in football history have kept their jobs after taking 4 points out of 33 ?
  11. If Mowbray had any sense of moral duty he would tender his resignation
  12. When did a Rovers manager last have a record as poor as 4 points out of 33 - and still be in a job ?
  13. Go Mowbray go. I'm fed up of him ruining my weekends
  14. Mowbray is the problem, not Bennett . As it stands we have taken 4 points out of the last 33. Stand by my assertion that we will be relegated next season if Mowbray is still at the club.
  15. The writing is on the wall. If Mowbray is allowed to stay for a large chunk of next season and the squad is largely the same, which is the most likely scenario, we will go down. I think it's that simple.
  16. 4 points out of the last 30 I think. It's not look good for next season is it ?
  17. We've taken 4 points out of 30 so with the players still "onside" with Mowbray. Should we be grateful?
  18. They won't sack him this season and I doubt they will sack him in October when we're stuck in the bottom 3. They will probably act around January / February when of course it will be too late.
  19. Solid 4-0 defeat this Saturday. Rovers' players and management team have packed up for the season
  20. Ben Marshall is a Tory ? I used to like him.
  21. King is one of those players who needed time for his game to mature. I don't blame Bowyer for not playing King alot because he wasn't really ready at the time but I do blame Rovers for letting go a player who with his exceptional pace always had the potential to be the very good player he has now become.
  22. It's not his private life when he advertises it to the world by putting it on social media. Dack's a fool to himself and will never fulfil his potential. You can also see why Charlton chucked him out when he was a teenager
  23. Common denominator with Dack / Mulgrew / McCarthy / Samba is that although they are / were good players, they could / should have achieved far more. Imagine how good Dack could be if he looked after his body better or McCarthy if he hadn't eaten so many McDonalds? Its up to them I suppose if they don;t want to reach the very top but if I had their earning power and ability I would want a very long career.....which means no drinking, dancing or eating bad food.
