Jesus, 0-0 with the bottom team. At home.
-
Vale out on the touch with 2 defenders round him...... he should be all arms, legs, arse and elbows to protect the ball but he just gives it away. No physicality at all Too nice
-
Should be ahead but overall that half was bilge No leaders on the field, no one taking charge of the game Bloke called O'Brien is good at it apparently
-
That's how we look. A "nice" team you'd like to play every week.
-
Remind me....which team is struggling near the bottom of the league?
-
Who's doubting Thomas? He's not done anything right so far

Our new set piece specialist send over the worst corner you'll ever see

Nice move but JRC just has to hit the target there
-
Top class strikers don't miss those. He knew where the ball was and should have had his eyes on the keeper to watch his movement. Poor
-
How did Brereton miss that????

You see....the reply button does work Agree with your post -
Agree. Bottom of the league or not, if Wigan want it more than us (which they usually do), they'll win.

So your reply button doesn't work? As CEO, Waggott holds ultimate responsibility for everything that's going on at Ewood, particularly the big stuff, you know, like a transfer window mess and the fanbase up in arms about the the running of the club. -
Wasn't directed at you in particular - I've seen it quite a few times. And it hasn't been suggested that "no one would turn up" - you made that up I don't think they'd be embarrassed by low attendances at Ewood at all. Why would they? Attendances are well down since they took over and I don't see any signs of embarrassment. The point about people preferring to moan than actually doing something stands. Same with disasatisfaction with poiltical leaders. It's an English thing. The French have it right - they get on the streets and man the barricades. United and Everton fans have shown the way.

Why don't you use the reply button? Waggott is CEO; he's the man in charge at Ewood Park. When things go wrong (which they have), he should carry the can, or at least give some sort of explanation. This shouldn't need explaining -

A good CEO who cared about relations with the local public would not be happy about the article and be on the phone to Sharpe for a clear-the-air meeting, or at least put out a statement putting the club's point of view Instead we'll get the usual silence for the Ewood hierarchy -

Are you able to use the reply button? Obviously he's answerable to India but unless you're expecting that lot to appear before the local press he is the man who should be answerable to the Blackburn public and answering the awkward questions - not Tomasson Conte was right. The way we do this in England is wrong -

He's the CEO. The head man at Ewood. CEOs in other public-facing businesses are answerable for their actions. He should be too -
Those sorts of threats are wrong and unacceptable of course but at least it shows the fans care and have a passion for the club I've seen on here it suggested the best way Rovers fans should "protest" is by staying away from matches Yeah that's right, stay at home or go down the pub and have a moan. It's easier than actually doing something

Why? That's when he needs to be held to account, to justify his decisions. At it stands, he can hide away in office and not say a word on important matters that fans need to know about -

Conte, the Tottenham manager, raised this in the press recently. It is only in England that the manager has to explain to the media everything that's going on at a club - from the training pitch to the transfer negotiations to club ownership. In Italy, the coach / manager is only answerable to the performance of the team He's right. When has Daniel Levy ever been on TV to explain what's going on at Tottenham? Similarly, Broughton and Waggott should be in front of the media to explain the transfer dealings and any other issues This needs to change -
From my playing days the arrival of new players always had a positive effect. The new players were out to impress and the existing players wanted to show they were better than the new boys. I can't see any way that the Rovers players will be galvanised by this transfer window - in fact it shows if the club can't be bothered to be ambitious and try to be better why should they?
-
Quite frankly, he’s probably sitting at home with a smile on his face counting his x millions redundancy money

You’re watching a different player to most people. I see a player who lacks the physical presence, skill, pace or tactical nous to play in the championship. He doesn’t score goals, he doesn’t work very hard and he’s 22 - if he hasn’t made it by now he is very unlikely to

Disagree. Does long term damage to the club. People get out of the habit of going and supporter base shrinks. The team needs support, not the people running the club. Fans should be doing the opposite and attending in greater numbers and making their feelings known through protests / banners etc. I’m not saying any of this will lead to change or get through to the owners but fans staying away doesn’t help anyone least of all the long term future of BRFC
