This club is the absolute pits. Waggot, Silvester, Broughton, and all the Venky stooges still taking a wage after all the shite they’ve thrown at us and the one good thing we had was the man given the can. If this is meant to be ‘solid’ then I’ll be watching no more. The players are a joke too, Waggot dragging them out to complain about a few boos - well there are none today as we’re away from home and it’s bad as it’s been all season. Barely any of them interested. Callum Brittain not fit to wear the shirt. We’re making Birmingham (a relegation candidate) look like a promotion pushing team. They should be up by 4.

In the world of Venkys and offloading big earners I’m not sure how one of our biggest (top 3 id imagine) earners could just be a squad player.

What characteristics of a captain do you see in Lewis Travis out of curiosity?

He feels like the last person I’d want in a counter attacking side. No pace, no direction, pretty average passer, obviously not a finisher, and not creative. Unless you mean, the other 5 midfielders/attackers do the counter attacking and you sit back and just foul someone if we lose the ball Lewis?

Can hear a few ‘we want ******* out’ chants which I think is Venkys. But could also be Waggot and could also be Stoke who were singing You’re Not Fit To Where The Shirt earlier

He’s switched warming the bench for a bottom half team to warming the bench for a playoff team. Behind Morsy and Luongo at Ipswich and behind Tronstad and JRC for us - it’s simply whether we believe one of highest earners should be sat on a bench waiting for the inevitable JRC injury next season (I don’t). But, considering we don’t reinvest a penny of our sales, we may as well keep him I guess (I’d sell in the summer if we were owned/run by competent people)

Yeah he has his limits, but he is faster and makes better decisions than Sigurdsson, who is very much a luxury. We’re more lively with Hedges and Dolan out wide.

He literally said we were 8th at that point. Everything he said is fact. For 1.25 seasons we’ve been better than any other championship season under Venkys (and in the cup too). For 0.25 since we’ve been poor. You’re judging the 0.25 very heavily by the looks of it.
