Whilst I fundamentally agree with what you’re saying, Travis certainly was more dynamic when he came into the team than he is now. I do agree his performances haven’t been as good of late, but you always get 100% from him. As it goes, if Travis hadn’t been following Mowbray’s instructions, I don’t think he would be in the team.

Just frustrates as even with Armstrong as it is, he plays Holtby out of position with Chapman wasting away in a level that doesn’t benefit him or us.

To be honest, I bet it’s hard to stay motivated when you do bits in the u23’s and Armstrong gets picked regardless.

Decent enough line up, but as ever, we are hamstrung by square pegs in round holes. Had some decent chances as it goes, counterbalanced with some poor defending! Buckley has completely justified his selection though, very good so far (bar the hairy moment at the back, but to be fair, he had no options).

Might well be a better player, but he needs to start chipping in with Dack’s goals and assists, which is no mean feat and one you seem to be overlooking. I’m not sure why anyone suddenly thinks all the other players in the team will decide to start scoring at Dack’s rate, now he’s injured....

As they haven’t done so, already this season, let’s hope they have a complete 180 and start doing so with some urgency....

I’m not sure why anyone is downplaying Dack’s injury, it’s absolutely catastrophic. Even if we have got people to fill in his position, let’s hope they remember their shooting boots, as his goals are going to be the hardest thing to replace!!
