  1. You can get the Sky highlights on their website and mobile app too 👍.
  2. Get rid of The Hundred- it’s absolutely shite. Problem solved.
  3. I’m not sure Wilder is that old school, he’s been managing in the top two divisions for under ten years. Bruce though, pretty much the definition of borrowed time that he’s on….
  4. Not quite. They felt it was a left wing echo chamber, so they created a right wing one of their own 🤷‍♂️. I’m not sure Abbey still posts on the other site tbh- either way, he was a regular poster on here and fundamentally, we never like to lose them!
  5. City have just completely outclassed United. City are just so far ahead of them, it’s not even close.
  6. Very poor performance, obviously delighted with the three points, though! We simply cannot give teams as many chances as we gave Millwall today and hope to win, because we won’t!
  7. Horrific defending from them for the goal, pretty shit attacking until it reached that lad who people don’t rate, good job the manager does though- he scored….
  8. Very poor so far, this. So many mistakes at the back- a better side would be a couple up by now.
  9. That’s a shame, these hoes ain’t loyal usually….
  10. Calling bullshit on this comment- ‘2000 tickets for Rovers fans I heard. They are keen to give us the whole of the Darwen end in the return fixture as they need the cash!‘
  11. I agree- thing is though, I won’t get my hopes up for Southgate breaking character and going away from his favourites sadly.
  12. We’ve already got a thread for this one- can be found here:
  13. I don’t think Dier is great, but he’s not been bad at all this season for Spurs, to be fair to the lad. Whilst he has been playing right back for Arsenal, Ben White can feel very hard done by to not be picked IMO.
  14. I agree it’s overlooked, but once he starts banging in free kicks, long range goals and taking free kicks more often, I’ll probs agree….
  15. It’s improved, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves!
  16. I’d sooner we continued with James at right back too. For me, he’s the best all round full back we have. His all round game is better than Trent I’d say, though Trent is much better going forward, obviously.
  17. If they’re going to pick a keeper that isn’t Pickford- Ramsdale should be that man, as far as I’m concerned.
  18. Watford are ruthless, but that ruthlessness has served them well- so the process clearly works for them.
  19. Don’t watch it these days, but I have been watching ‘dark side of the ring’- very much an eye opener in some ways!
  20. I think we can all remember the final- England were getting absolutely mullered and Southgate wouldn’t make a change. Then Italy finally scored and then went on to win. It was so obvious what was going to happen and he wouldn’t change it. I’m not saying all English players would have been incredibly better for their clubs after that, but they wouldn’t have had the hangover of the euros with a win either!
  21. It really isn’t. I don’t like this narrative either. Some posters are probably are too negative, some probably aren’t negative enough. It is what it is.
  22. Which you then go on to agree with in your first paragraph, though? He’s playing players out of position, players out of form that aren’t playing at club level and just not progressing at all. For all the anti Sterling talk- he bagged three at the last tournament (only one behind Kane) and is our best goal threat after Kane. He’s always the first one on the chopping block for fans, it’s bizarre. Since the Euros final, for me we’ve been going backwards and IMO, Southgate has run his course.
  23. Woodgate has shown nothing so far to demonstrate managerial ability- if Rotherham want to employ him, it’s their funeral and all that….
  24. Email admin@brfcs.com to get access- always been the same.
  25. Our academy strategy is only right if it yields players that help us achieve our objectives (which presumably include promotion). If it doesn’t, then we are just plodding along for the sake of it and just existing as a club really for me. Don’t get me wrong, it does give me a sense of pride that we have just fielded an academy player in the match day squad for the 600th consecutive game though…
