I’ve never been away just watching from afar with far more important things to be concerned about. Things I have written I have done so because they were my views. I know about things behind the scenes, plans, thoughts and the likes and I know my current viewpoint. I still would like changes behind the scenes however I have altered my views on him and the commercial aspect within the club but don’t get me wrong there is still a long way to go to satisfy a complete change of mind.

Having bore witness to pathetic games at Wigan, Coventry, Rotherham etc during which it seemed we had no idea, no plan, no fluidity and not a bloody clue, it has been intriguing just watching this team develop over the past few months. In fact, it has been nothing short of a miracle to see what is happening on the pitch. There is fire in the belly, there is a willingness to run, to fight, to play for each other, a plan on the park, each to a man, the players know their job and it is incredible to see the results of their hard work. Today, Sheff Utd would have thought they were rolling up and taking 3 points with them, It didnt happen as Rovers took them on, forced them to concede ground and struck at the right moment, and what a move it was, a complete team goal. Carter and Hyam have been immense backed up by JRC and Pickering. Travis is a man possessed and there are fewer gaps in the middle because of his tenacity and the willingness of players around him to cover, which often hasnt been the case during this season. Gally, well who would have imagined just what a valuable player he can be in the right set up. Samer can be said of Smodic and Dolan, two terrific players today and over the past few weeks. I was impressed with how Sheff U play the quick ball and believe me they will come at us big time in the FA Cup game. They will want revenge at their home and they will be backed by a sell out home crowd. Personally, I am not bothered if we lost the game although it would be great to play in a semi final at Wembley. I have a feeling Rovers wont be too concerned about it because the eyes are on the bigger prize. 55 points in the bag how many more for a play off spot? I say 73 points will be suffice and games we must win are Luton, Coventry, Reading, Preston and Huddersfield with a couple of draws along the way and we might just make it. Rovers are not favourites but imagine just how close we can get if we can snatch a win on Friday at Stoke. Time for Rovers fans to really back this team.

If there is a safety issue then Rovers can limit the number of tickets to away fans

Only your point about Garrett stands Mola was a monster in the first half ! Because of the lack of tactical nouse Morton was exposed as a result of Garrett being out of touch with the game and because he was so lost we had a huge space across the middle which Burnley used to their advantage. There was no reason to set the team up as they did today - it should have been Brittain Wharton Hyam Ayala and Pickering across the back that would have nullified burnleys attack. midfield should have been Hedges Travis and Buckley with Morton as the free man with BBD up front.

Rovers got a good deal and a deal that was right at the time otherwise some club would have come in with a bigger offer, as we have seen venkys don’t sell cheaply they sell at the required value! Cairney was sacrificed at the time Rovers were in ffp trouble as well as being ripe for the picking. He was the biggest earner and I do agree he was worth more however when clubs circle like that what else’s can they do? It was sell or suffer. I find it is very easy for some on here to offer nothing but criticism and negativity whilst also not offering an alternative viewpoint.

My view we got a substantial fee for him at the market value when he was sold. Anyone who thinks that Rovers sold a player for a paltry amount when those involved knew his marketable value are daft. I don’t see Brentford coming in, with their astute knowledge, with a bigger offer and indeed no one else in the real football world made any offers especially th3 biggest 15 clubs in the PL, neither did any team from overseas! Then we buy TK for a nominal fee and for me he is a far better keeper and will represent a huge investment when he is sold. So it does seem someone knows about transfers at the club!

Look at TK as a second example, he is a £7m keeper at the cheap end and probably a £10m sale if he continues his form and for me he is far more consistent than Raya ever was

You just don’t get it bb. At the time he wasn’t the keeper he is now, he was raw and made bad mistakes just as he did when he first went to Brentford. The deal we got after he requested to move was as good as it was always going to be. No one knew he would make such an improvement or progress at that time. So again £5m looks like a good deal. If he moves again for big money we get another bonus but interestingly enough no one has as even arsenal pulled out of the deal! Work that one out!
