Absolutely. A very contented punter!
-
Graham was once very mobile - as you get older, or injuries take their toll, you have to change your game. Big Al did the lot until his final years.
-
Graham is nearing the end of his career. As for Brereton, yes, you have to play to a player's strengths but you don't sign players who don't match your vision about style of play!
-
If an employer pays a small fortune for your services then as an employee you should feel some pressure to deliver !
-
Good lad. Buy you a pint then?
-
Like playing the stock market, you don't put all your heads in one basket!
-
Rest assured James I win significantly more than I lose with my betting hobby!!!
-
Will be at the Wigan, Middlesbrough and Leeds away games - all dusted and sorted. Will you be there?
-
Didn't Brereton only get brought on in desperation when we were a goal down? 26 shots at goal, 66% possession, wtf were we doing then if we couldn't score? Only goals count!!! No I feckin didn't attend today as I simply didn't fancy it. That OK? My sons attended and I trust their judgement implicitly - texted at half time and said 'simply cr@p'. If Brereton had started both games, we might have had SIX POINTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This league is wide open. Any half decent side with a half decent manager would go very close. Momentum and confidence so important. It's Boro and one other for me with Villa as very strong dark horses. Smith is a shrewd operator - watch them go after today.
-
Your recent posts have been interesting to say the least! Are you Rovers' secret PR man!?
-
Like the look of Rothwell. To me, the lad has an obvious spark. He and Brereton MUST start at PNE but with this manager there's no chance of that happening.
-
All reminiscent of the season we went down. IMV, too negative - his changes rarely effect games positively for Rovers.
-
Nope. You get feelings about games. If I have a hunch, I run with it.
-
He spent £7million doing that - time he played the feckin lad from the start.
-
Shambolic result. All bets on Rovers are down but not bothered. Serious question marks against Mowbray. Our £7million striker sat rooted to the bench until last 15 minutes or so. IMV, a steady Eddie but not a manager to take us to the promised land. Glad I'm going out tonight!
-
Not in doubt. Go grab a beer / wine, relax and enjoy.
-
I'll stick with 2-1. Cometh the hour, cometh the man - come on Big Ben!
-
Come on Mowbray - get the £7million striker on - we need a feckin goal!
-
Just got in - surprised to see match isn't out of sight. Still confident - stuck a bit more on Rovers' win - now at 7/5 also stuck a fiver on 2-1 at 25/1. Sons who are at match said we are cr@p but I'm still confident we'll pull it out the hat.
-
Think he must also have advised Rovers on the Brereton fee!
-
Enough for the winnings to buy a few nice reds ! Stuck a fiver on 4-1 at 33/1.
-
A huge home banker this. Expect Rotherham to be mullered. Rovers even at 8/11 is a licence to print money. 'Fun' bet on this is Rovers to win 4-1 at 33/1. Hope Brereton plays centre forward and notches a hat-trick.

I am talking about being at the ground watching the match. It is only there where you can see a player's full contribution including movement (running the channels, dragging defenders out of position, tracking back), positions taken-up and general reading of the game etc etc - you don't see such aspects watching on a screen.

Over a third of the season gone, a £7million deal and no league starts. Says it all. Madness. Dack cost £750,000 not £7,000,000 - bit of a difference!
