Yep. My house, business, car, the lot. But then again, we might just lose tomorrow night......................
-
We will not lose tonight. I guarantee it!
-
We should but surely it's more important to get some cohesion, confidence and momentum. A good performance and 4 or 5 put past Oldham would do wonders for Saturday.
-
Mowbray should play his strongest eleven. Full stop. We need a convincing win to give us some confidence and momentum.
-
So why on earth have we signed him? He's been 'in the building' now for six months and, seemingly, struggling for fitness. We know he's a poor injury record and we should have given him a wide berth. IMO, utter madness in signing a player with such an injury record. We need players who are robust and we know will be available for 90% of games.

Middlesbrough have started poorly. If Woodgate is the answer then no one knew the question! Mowbray to get his first league win of the season! If we don't beat M'boro then we really, really do have problems.

Summer Transfer Summary - Poll

“He picked up a knock in training, a bit of fluid on the back of his knee" - Mowbray quote in LT In an older player towards the end of his career, fluid at the back of the knee could be down to arthritis, in a younger player like Lenihan, it's more likely to be indicative of a cartilage tear. Think Lenihan is facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines. -

I think you are absolutely right. Wasn't a Gallagher fan when he was first here and from what I've seen, I don't think his game has developed - in fact it's gone backwards. I expect Graham to be back for M'boro with Gallagher shunted out wide, again. -
Hodgson is a bloody good coach - don't think Mowbray can coach ! Roy was / is notorious for his defensive drills.
-
Feckin good job the nags do a job for me ! Just as Goodwood was glorious just a short time ago, Ascot today was awesome. Netted a wonderful hat trick with Stone Of Destiny, Power Of Darkness and Sapa Inca. That's one hat trick more than either Brereton or Gallagher will deliver this season ! As I keep saying, my Rovers' betting is a bit of fun only though my Mowbray bet @ 19/1 on being the first Championship manager to go is looking pretty tasty !
-
More b0ll0cks from Mowbray, IMO: https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/rovers/news/17829425.rovers-boss-lenihan-absence-allowing-mulgrew-leave/ Lenihan doesn't sound good whilst Bennett had a good un today!
-
They've a cracking manager though who knows what he's doing!
-
Don't get this. Quickly skimmed through and it seems we were doing well for 20+ minutes. Now we just seem shyte, again.
-
Feckin hell. Should have stayed in the local. We seemed to be doing okay.
-
The lad doesn't have football intelligence. Pacey but offers precious little else.
-
I think there will be goals galore. Just stuck £25 on more than 4.5 goals at 5/1. Sunk a few earlier today at Clitheroe Food Festival (seemed a better proposition than PNE v Wigan) and now off to local - think it's going to be a long afternoon in more ways than one!
-
Can't remember what Williams has been out with but if hammy or calf, there has to be a risk given so little pre season. You don't really want Mitro in your face if not fully fit. Platt might be on sooner than anticipated.
-
We could do with an early goal to help with confidence and knock theirs. Bennett at right back who, IMO, is hopeless, two new lads who haven't played with us before and Williams who can't be fit. We will need the footballing gods with us today.
-
Not much time on the grass or in the building for Williams and the City lad - Mowbray must be bricking it!
-
I bet the 2nd eleven won!!!
-
Double those numbers and you will be closer to the mark.
-
As I said earlier, there are ways and means of rewarding managers, coaches, players which also allow you to legislate for loss of form, age catching up etc and thereby de risk potential future liabilities.
-
Some clubs have a policy once a player reaches 30. There are ways and means to protect your arse but, as I've said before, I think Ewood and Brockhall is a nous free zone.
-
Only tool is you posting such naive cr@p. Jog on.

Really !?!?
