  1. Past hour
  2. It's make perfect sense and I did called Cantwell would be named captain before last week game. People ridiculed me. Well I got it right didn't I. Giving Cantwell extra responsibility will help his game just like Neil Warnock did with Abel Tarabat at QPR
  3. What, that you just accept everything that they come out with at Ewood without engaging your own brain and thinking about things for a few minutes? Yep no surprise at all.
  4. No I don't. Were you born yesterday?
  5. This guy is a big problem no doubt, and there are dots being joined about his involvement and agenda, but it all starts and ends with Venkys. No more of this that they are fine in the background but are being misled/taken advantage of/will learn from mistakes. They are poison as much or more than those they employ to do their dirty work. They will only leave when they have to. Hopefully - long shot - their legal issues and restrictions eventually break them or their business collapses into dust and then we are freed from their occupation but I'm not confident of that. It may be a waiting game and may take many years for the evil four to give up or for control of their business to pass to others. Hopefully then there's a change. It might take decades but so be it. This club will never achieve its potential or grow/improve under their occupation.
  6. He told the media why Cantwell was appointed captain today or dont you believe him
  7. No he has signed scholarship here
  8. Cantwell is getting the captaincy partly because he's one of the few remaining experienced players that have a clue about the Championship and partly because 'they' know that this is one way of injecting additional value into him ahead of January/Summer 2026 when 'they' turn their attentions on the next round of sales of which he will be top of the list once Hyam and Tronstad have been dealt with. I suspect Ismael has had zero choice in this matter, it has been imposed on him from upstairs.
  9. So you sack Potter as you want, then which players do sign given you dont who the head coach. Yet we were better team last week until the penalty incident where Birmingham created feck all. Goals change games
  10. Must mean the signings are all clueless twats.
  11. From what I've seen Goddard lacks height but is good with his feet. Barrat is decent with feet poor on crosses but is too old for 21s and should be on loan. Honor is huge and has presence. Was apparently fantastic on loan last season and had more impact than Michalski in the same league but same as the others there is no clear plan.
  12. Taking it Higgins has left? Don't think he's been in any squad.
  13. The reason we haven't signed any contracts is because after the "press send" fiasco of the previous winter transfer windows, we've decided to revert to older technology that's more reliable. We're currently in the process of identifying an ink supplier for the recently delivered quills.
  14. Today
  15. I Wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire.
  16. Tom Cairney I think? Might be wrong but think it was a loan that turned into a buy. Majority of loans are ones the parent club are just developing so there isnt an option.
  17. I did. And to be fair, Morris has started well. The other 5 players I named arent fit, there is also their other striker Salvesen. Plus they have signings to come. So I suspect things will look different soon. They have a very good manager who should still be managing us if we had competent owners and a competent board and instead, we have a far inferior replacement.
  18. I don't think we've ever turned a loan with a view to buy into an actual buy? Under Venkys.
  19. Are you okay? It's because the club is toxic. It's because we don't offer competitive wages. Oh yeah purely down to Eustace factor. Fucking hell
  20. Then that's where anyone with a brain would go the price is xx-million, pay it or fuck off. Instead here they sold him to the first bidder that came along for half of his actual value and then reinvested 0% of the money generated from the sale. So, not only was it a shit price, we also saw absolutely no benefit from it. The only people who got any kind of benefit were venkys who didn't need to send over as much to cover the losses. Seriously, anyone trying to argue that Β£18 million was a good price for Adam Wharton seriously needs to reconfigure their grasp on reality. It was obvious in the Blackpool game that he was absolutely world class and would go straight to the top.
  21. They do need new players aswell. Not doubting that. Similarly to what you was doing last week for our game. The game didnt turn out like that, they got battered. They totally crumbled, didnt look like a team playing for the manager and didnt look like a team that was well organised or knew/was capable of doing what it was asked. Its a continuation of the poor results and performances since he joined.
  22. Spurs owners are almost as bad as Venkys……..(only buy cheap)
