Ive posted in the Wrexham thread about how its easy to blame injuries but if you look a bit deeper, that excuse doesnt hold as much weight. Its absolutely mental how an "overhaul" in a summer that you repeatedly defend the success of, can then lead to the point where we will happily take just about staying up (with the help of 3 or 4 more signings you seem to trust the club in getting in of sufficient quality) having finished 7th last season, before totally reassessing.

Like I said yesterday, we didn't performed well enough and created enough. Yesterday was a bad day all around. the Boro and Millwall was much better all around performances. Baradji and Cantwell were dropped too deep yesterday and they need to higher up. When Baradji got forward and in the final third, he almost scored. Cantwell was way too deep yesterday.

I do ultimately blame them yes. Doesn't make the current lot any more acceptable or mean they should stay. The suggestion that we have a functioning board of directors is laughable and has been since they removed Williams, Finn and Goodman and never replaced any of them with competent and crucially empowered people. Please do explain to me who is on the 'board' and what these 'board' members do on a day to day basis for the betterment of Blackburn Rovers.

Ismael has clearly had a massive say in building this squad with Gestede, Owen and the scouts. That was dumb move with Carter. Extra centre defender should have be signed before allowing Hyam to move on. is our training ground facilities been neglected? You could have said say the same last season or previous seasons when the head coach wouldn't have rotation the squad as much as the should especially in cup games

well I suggest you blame the Walker trust and family for selling the club to them. We have a board of directors. Its 3 people.

The Walker Family was at war with each and against their advisors in the High Court. Rovers were just a cash absorbing chattel to the family members. Some Trustees. John Williams and Tom Finn were absolute heroes in those sad circumstances but any concept of strategic thinking and planning was totally binned in those black days.

Well we don't create anything at and we sit back passing it around our own half all the time. No point playing wing backs if they're always in a defensive position. On the CDM's, if we're not someone needs to tell Baradji and Cantwell because they're always positioned 6 feet from the back 3. In fact you could argue we play 3 CDM's on how little time they spend out ofnour half.

Injuries have cost us this season to key players. I think 3 or 4 signings is what we need and stay up, then re-asses everything in the summer. the summer window is a much better one is get rid of players we don't want then this window.
