  1. Past hour
  2. Thank you Glen....anyone still unsure as to the absolute dregs running our once proud Club?
  3. No lol. If mine and Rigger’s interpretation is right you can either: Get a 40% refund on the original match ticket but you’d then need to buy a ticket for the rearranged game or; You can get a full refund on the original match ticket but can’t then attend the rearranged game. Alternatively, Hasta is right and Rigger and I are talking nonsense. 😁😁
  4. Details of ticket pricing will be announced via the Lancashire Telegraph.
  5. Them charging season ticket holders would be a breach of the season ticket terms and conditions. They might well still try it on though.
  6. Sorry, Coalition and the WATR are extremely busy in the war rooms and have been for a few weeks. Me, well ive been working in Ireland last few weeks (home at weekends). Legal action? Yes Rudy Gestede personally threatened me with legal action, I took a little pause to get legal advice , ensure my info would stand up and rounded up the witnesses. I responded by saying we'll go to court!! He responded by stating he walks into ground same way each game trying to coax a public encounter. Also let him know "I know" other things (let's call it an insurance policy) that i can release at any point. We do have lives too, so its a balancing act at present.
  7. When it says “In these circumstances you would need to purchase a new ticket if the game was rearranged”, I just presume this means the original ticket would be void for the new game, and that a new ticket needs purchasing . Not that the 40% was knocked off the price of the new ticket. I can see how it could be read as you suggest , but that’s not how I read it. As I said, let’s see. As a season ticket holder I would expect it to be free anyway but nothing surprises me anymore.
  8. Absolutely despicable action by the club. The two individuals who seemingly now run this club should be in Russia or North Korea.
  9. I presume because they want to attend the rearranged game. Does seem a bizarre condition though as how hard would it be to get the full refund and then have someone else get you a ticket to the second game?? The club could try to keep the money from the first game but I’m guessing the EFL wouldn’t be too impressed with their ticketing terms and conditions being broken.
  10. The way I read it, the 40% was given if you bought a ticket for the rearranged game, full face value if you could not attend the rearranged game.
  11. Exactly...same cause.....Fragile narcissists out of their depth...unfit to do the job... But.....Gestede is not a bully....Suhail only wants the best for the club. Meanwhile, the Raos are merely humble people, who mean well... We are on our own here...
  12. Wait so you can get a full refund amd then buy a ticket at 40% discount? 😆
  13. But why would someone take 40% (6.3) if you can get it all back (6.4). Makes no sense. Either way it wouldn’t surprise me if the club actually just pretend the match was played and just offer “£15” tickets for the rearranged game, pocketing all the money for the first game. Let’s see.
  14. Imagine if those currently running the club exerted as much effort in running the club properly as they do in taking action against those calling their general incompetence out. Imagine.
  15. Welcome to Trumpism at Blackburn Rovers. If you are in any way critical of the club we will ban you. This is USA 2.0 and it's pretty scary in my opinion
  16. 6.4 mentions postponed too so abandoned must surely mean after kick off.
  17. Pedantic. But I still think no one gets their money back.
  18. This news has just stoked up my worst fears....has legal pressure in some form been applied to the protest groups as it all went very quiet suddenly? If this is how those within the Corridors of Ewood want to play then cry havoc and let slip the Dogs of War! We dont want these shysters, Feck 'em.😠
  19. This has enraged me more than anything the Venkys have done. I've emailed the club to express my disgust and Elliott Jackson to support him. We should all do the same. I think of Alf Thornton and Peter White and I weep for the club.
  20. To abandon a game, it must have kicked-off. If it hasn't kicked-off, then it would be postponed.
  21. A poor decision that hasn’t been thought through by those running the club. It reinforces the view that they’re every bit as incompetent as they’ve been labelled, rookies and amateurs with zero prior experience in the roles they’re undertaking. There’ve been rumours all summer about how they treat individuals and groups who don’t toe the line, nothing proven, but plenty of noise. Then they pull a stunt like this, in full view of the public. Anyone with half a brain cell could see this risks the mask slipping, but not them. As a fan or a neutral, it’s now hard not to believe every single rumour that’s been doing the rounds.
  22. @wilsdenrover @rigger Hmm. I’m presuming 6.4 only applies if the game is abandoned and rearranged before it kicked off. 6.3 clearly says that if you attended the original game and it was abandoned in the second half you are entitled to a 40% refund but have to buy a ticket for the rearranged game. Why would anyone do that when you could just say you can’t make the rearranged game, get a full refund and then buy a ticket?
  23. Make a flag out of it!!!
  24. Hang on is that not the actual chair they use in photoshoots... someone actually draped the flag on there on the inside
