  1. Past hour
  2. Today i'm going with; - Confirmation of Carter's injury. - Baradji deal off. - Cryptic link from a foreign journo.
  3. have we really only got 4 friendlies? seems rather short, I know the squads not huge, but you would of thought 6 friendlies?
  4. Good player. Think he's still out of action from a pretty bad shoulder injury he sustained at the back end of last season though.
  5. The kapuadi link will go away if legia win tomorrow night so expecting that to be a Thursday morning article from Nixon
  6. Koko Saito still not got a move. Was last linked with Portsmouth. I'd love that one but 0 chance of it happening...
  7. Paper talk of Brittain medical at Boro New centre half link after they have given up on Kapaudi Would be my bets
  8. What’s on today’s bingo card then confirmation of carter injury new defender link any new player link official 2nd bid for Brittain Nixon exclusive hyam contract was too quiet yesterday for nothing to happen today
  9. Carter immediately felt the back of his leg. At one point it looked like he was ready to carry on before he eventually walked off quite gingerly. Maybe that’s why the physio didn’t come on.
  10. Indeed, should have been signed up for a further year midway through last season. With regards to Carter, his injuries are becoming a real worry.
  11. Thanks Carl. I thought it was odd that he didn't go on to treat Carter.
  12. I agree. I thought Atcheson looked really raw on Saturday. He’s a big lad but a bit slender, he seems to be easily brushed off the ball. Litherland I like but he would be equally raw.
  13. To be fair, he does normally hold his hands up, when obviously wrong.
  14. Just been told that Andy Proctor was at the Accrington Match.
  15. I'm glad they were seemingly pushed to get proper answers on questions. Unfortunately though, as proven time and time again, when these meetings end nothing is ever actioned on and Suhail and co probably forget about it all the next morning and press on with what they were going to do anyway.
  16. There's a first time for everything πŸ™‚
  17. But we signed 33 year old Adam Forshaw received who I don't think is as good as Luongo. I didn't mention him because of his recent success at Ipswich but because he is a steady Championship performer. Some of our best players recently have been McFadzean, Batth and Weimann.
  18. Everybody apart from the powers that be above Ismael would agree with that. Pickering I quite liked at centre half in a back 3, think he would struggle massively in a back 4 though.
  19. It was obvious it wasn’t cramp. I wonder if Chaddy will be big enough to admit he was wrong ?
  20. Atcheson isn’t ready. I’d give Pickering a go there before any of the young players.
  21. Think they fly out on Sunday, no chance they get a couple through the door by then. I can't imagine anyone above Ismael is too bothered. Atcheson will get some good minutes now and probably be thrust into the side at the start of the season. Call up Litherland to make up the numbers in Spain.
  22. I’m certainly not envious of Millwall giving some sort of trial to a bloke who turns 33 in September because he has a promotion under his belt 2 years ago. Doesn’t fit the bill for Ismael and throwing money down the drain
  23. The Flamingos - I Only Have Eyes For You
  24. Massimo Luongo is training with Millwall. He is an experienced Championship central midfielder who won two promotions with Ipswich recently. He is 32 though and won't fit the latest 'project' we seem to have burdened ourselves with.
  25. I was on the other side and couldn't tell but there didn't seem any immediate concern from the doctor and physio who both ambled on to the pitch. I thought Ismael's description of cramp seemed misguided, I mean how many professional athletes get cramp after after half an hour. I like Carter but his injuries are a real source of frustration. Last season he had two lengthy spells out with knee and calf injuries and now a hamstring problem. On a separate note I noticed the regular physio, Andy Proctor wasn't there on Saturday.
  26. Today
  27. I watched quite a lot of it because it's football, the alternative being the Women's Euros. Chelsea players have 3 weeks off before home friendlies against Bayern Leverkusen and AC Milan on 8th and 10th of August then their first league game against Palace on the 17th.
