  1. Past hour
  2. Well I take it you don't follow any US sports then?
  3. Massive risk to loan out one of 4 centre backs if there isn't another lined up though.
  4. Shortest joke in the world - "Velcro, it's a rip-off" Biggest joke in the world - "Rovers, it's a rip-off.
  5. Like I said the other day, I think the ruling of spending big on one player is such a gamble in this division. Had a quick search and he's has a lot of similarities to Gueye.
  6. Agreed, only positive is that he’s still young enough and could improve. League 1 will be a test for him. Hopefully he can hold his own
  7. Who determines the decision that he's better? I'll let you off now that I'll agree that Tronstad may be better, then again he's up there with the best in the league...BUT...I bet you a donation to a charity of your choosing that you thought the same when he walked through on a free 2 seasons ago. I'll wait till the lads kicked a ball before taking an opinion.
  8. Derby are also spending big money on an American striker from the MLS.
  9. At a normal club you would think so. Here? Who knows.
  10. Tronstad was a cheap option was he not? Turned out pretty well. No way of knowing right now how good or bad Tavares will be for us without having seen him kick a ball.
  11. O’Riordan has been a bizarre signing, I don’t think I have ever seen him play a game for us and we spent decent money (for us) on him.
  12. Because we have loaned out a centre back who as far as I can remember, has never started a game for us?
  13. I bet you a donation to a charity of your choosing at the end of the season if I do a poll of BRFCS members, Sidnei isn’t rated higher than Travis or Tronstad.
  14. Must be closing on centre back signing?
  15. Eustace wants only certain style of players and you can see that through his time at Birmingham and Us. He prefers the UK market. He wanted more control over signings and who the club signs. He wasn't going to get that here. He has more say in transfers at Derby and you see that with his first signings. Morris is a target striker he wants, Batth and Weimann are experience players who fits his style. He is also targeting Dion Sanderson.
  16. Glastonbury today, it’s not mine, but I applaud you:
  17. Those new interviews and the access allowed again is ridiculous. Americanised bollocks. Get in the bin.
  18. O’Riordan To Donny - Good loan for him that.
  19. Can you DM me the numbers for the next euro millions? We've not seen enough from Kargbo but on his small cameo he's been half decent. How on earth can you say Sidnei is 'nowhere' near the quality if we've not even seen him kick a ball πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ that did make me laugh like.
  20. George Hirst was, and still is wank!! Just because he was in a team that got promoted and got a few games in the EPL doesn't mean he's any good... I'd be be gutted if we signed Hirst.
  21. Is he proven at Championship and what wages are QPR offering considering that Birmingham were offering 30k was the rumour. Can you say he is worth that wage? standard line from yourself very good post. We got a scout who left Man Utd and we appointed him here and we appointed Dundee United DoF as one of our lead scout You mean George Hirst who JDT couldn't get firing but McKenna did helping them to get 2 promotions.
  22. Standard practice in America sports and the PL is appealing more to the fans over there and don't forget that NBC Sports in America covers PL over there. NBC's owners Comcast owned Sky aswell He need a good experience staff around him and a number 2 who is align with him.
  23. They do! They want to make sure, we are relegated this Season!
  24. I still don't get the discrepancy between peoples opinions on Hyam and Carter. Carter is the one partner that Hyam struggled with, at times as they were excellent together in Hyam's first season. When Carter has played in the last 2 years, he has individually been poor. Hyam had a really good season just gone whilst Carter either was playing poorly or sat on the sidelines, yet the conclusion from that weirdly is that Hyam's reputation hasn't improved, and Carter's hasn't declined. I do think that an experienced head does bring more out of Batth, but I don't get why it's just been concluded that specifically with Carter, it's as if the flaws of them playing together are solely down to Hyam.
