  1. Past hour
  2. read the Rovers Fans Forum minutes and that what is said. from the Rovers minutes "DM asked who was running the club in the absence of the CEO and accountable as it was noted Steve Waggott was still listed as a Director at Companies house. SS confirmed that at the moment Steve Waggott was still officially a club employee, whilst the other members of the board carry full accountability."
  3. You are good at this--you know we don't care what sex the new CEO will be. Just a distraction, as ever.
  4. I know who is listed on the company house website thanks but EFL seen others as Wilsdenrover posted. We don't have a company secretary. Rumours he still in Brighton last season for whatever reasons and we don't know what they are but it was said he is now located at Brockhall now
  5. There should be a buzz we finished 7th last season so it's exciting to see if we can better that... 'Will Dolan have one if his unplayable early season good days' 'Will Trav have his usual first home day barnstormer, will he avoid a yellow' 'Is Batth still the rock he was last season' 'Brittain and his overlaps could be key today' 'Wonder if this new investment striker will get off the mark ?, if not there's always Weimann to come on' Can't wait........ oh hang on.... er well i wonder if these new multi nation lightweights will have enough about them to stop us getting pounded... !
  6. So Waggott is still an active Board Director!?!? Would suggest the role of 'Head of Football Administration' encompasses the previous Company Secretary role !!!
  7. My point orignally was we didn't sign those 2 players cos we signed Taveras as our midfielder signing Yet our wages still above our turnover in 23/24 financial year(118%), hence why they want and need into increase income coming in from commercial and sponsor revenue. You are correct that we are lower end of wages and we have wage structure but we need to be careful cos we can't offer our key players the sort of increase of wages to get them to re-sign here tho we can't be reckless and offer them more than we can afford otherwise other players will demand much more. leading to problems. Our key players around 6 or 7 should be on a certain around 16k to 25k, then your next 6 or 7 players should be around 10k to 15k with rest below that but with incentives bonuses in all contracts based on appearances, goals and clean sheets.
  8. The only ones that matter are those listed at Companies House for The Blackburn Rovers Football and Athletic Limited and it is shown we have 4 active directors (see below). This should be simple but essential governance and the penalties for providing inaccurate information range from financial penalties to more serious actions like disqualification and even criminal prosecution. It is typically the role of the Company Secretary - just wtf does our do (does he still work from home in Brighton?) COAR, Robert Duckworth Correspondence address Ewood Park, Nuttall Street, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB2 4JF Role Active Director Date of birth January 1947 Appointed before 19 October 1991 Nationality British Country of residence England Occupation Company Director GANDHI BABU, Reddy Correspondence address Ewood Park, Blackburn, BB2 4JF Role Active Director Date of birth August 1963 Appointed on 12 January 2011 Nationality Indian Country of residence India Occupation Director MANDAVA, Sreenivasa Rao Correspondence address Venkateshwara House, S. 9. Nasal twat's 😆😆😆🤣🤣🤣🤣
  10. Waggott is still employed by Rovers as the Rovers fan forum minutes says. Also we don't have a company secretary, Brett Baker is the head of Football administration and it was reported on here he is now based at Brockhall
  11. Pretty sure Liverpool know what they are doing - their owners and executive management are light years (1 light year = 6 trillion miles!!!) ahead of their Rovers' counterparts.
  12. Fingers crossed by the final whistle you’ll know the answer.
  13. Swerve what? I just put that it could be woman that is appoint to the Rovers CEO role
  14. Liverpool are selling Ben Doak to Bournemouth and rumours are Elliott and Chiesa will go so they will a couple of signings. You can't expect Ekitiké to play every game and yes he was impressive last night, but Liverpool need a couple more signings, 1 centre back cos Konate was awful last night and his positional was very poor, 1 wide player and 1 more forward
  15. If I wasn't aware of how cheap Rovers are under the current regime, I would be convinced that they were paying you to spread propaganda Even if we agree for the sake of argument to discount Oxford & Portsmouth, look at the rest of the post. These are actual figures from the actual published (most recently available) accounts. If you still think Rovers do not pay wages below the Championship average, then you are truly a lost cause
  16. Ignoring the point again. Simple question. Why don’t our players sign new deals if we pay the going rate?
  17. We might as well plant hedges down the side of the pitch, as field this fella in his present low impact incarnation. Not sure why VI doesn't clock how ineffective and therefore damaging to our prospects it is to insist on playing individuals whose contribution is nothing other than to frustrate and undermine our attacking capability. If anyone was to be let go from the current squad, it should be the Welsh wunderboy, Hyam Wedges. Anyway, back to the game. Brum likely to be fired up in front of their maurauding hordes and benefitting from the momentum of a record-breaking promotion from the porridge for breakfast league. The nasal sound of 7.5K brummie drongoes shouting, "Coom on yow Blues' (how ironic at Ewood!) echoing deeply around the sparsely populated and relatively empty concourses on three of four sides of the ground... chastening stuff! Broomay Drongoes on fire - Rovers 0 Burmingerum 4 Rovers somehow stem the tide in a hapless borefest - Rovers 0 Drongoes 0 Well there's a surprise - Rovers 3 Nasal Twats sent packing 0 My money isn't on the need for tampons up the nose, by the way. However, COYB! VENKY MORONS SAY HELLO BUT WAVE GOODBYE! PASHA / RUDY / PRESS CONFERENCE SABOTAGING KNOBHEADS OUT!
  18. So there's no point being a fan? Fair conclusion?
  19. did we ever put a bid for either player, yes we were linked to them but we did sign Taveras around the same time, so I think he was the pick of Ismael, Gestede and Owen.
  20. From a regulatory point of few it says to ask ‘relevant questions’. I think asking if the captain is available for selection (and if not, why) would be relevant but ‘digging any deeper’ might not be. But, as you say, VI (or the press officer if we have one of those) could have covered this without the club’s preemption.
  21. It won't. We'll plod on at whatever level we're at, at minimum funding. There is no hope or future.
  22. It's laughable isn't it. Seemingly, the club can't even comply with simple governance. Just WTF does our Company Secretary do down in Brighton (filing changes to directors at Companies House typically falls on the Company Secretary)?
  23. With Travis and Hyam likely out the door, it doesn’t bode well for them as there’s only Tronstad and Cantwell so far with any reasonable sell on value left to move on to keep the lights on. Carter arguably could be included but is injured so often that I can’t see a decent fee there any more. Should none of our cheap punts work, this time next year looks like it will be a horrible time
